The problem with that idea is that priv freqs expand via invitations, so the less popular as well as newer players will be SOL in that case and left out in the cold. Isn't that the point of a private frequency? A bunch of pretentious veteran players form a team and shut out teh nubletz L0LZ so that they don't have to put up with their incessant whining, stupid questions, bad ships, and poor piloting skills. I, for one, believe they have just as much right to do that as teh nubletz L0LZ have to join public frequencies with at least 100 players and mooch off of other - more skilled - players. Obviously, most of Hyperspace wants the zone to expand, despite the fact that this requires teh nubletz L0LZ, which is why I suggested just two days. Even one day would be fine; it doesn't matter to me, as I probably won't be invited to those private frequencies any time soon. I was also thinking of Private Frequency Day(s) that worked like somewhat our older Public Flagging Friday, where the event only lasted as long as a few flag games did - usually a few hours. Kirba, Thats what we're trying to eliminate, and how will the new players ever get better and keep playing hyperspace? If they see a private freq with all vets in it, they'll never get into that freq and get bored and leave hyperspace. This is why most of the players that still play are rich vets that just get invited to every private freq.
