Zipping as in making it a .rar or specifically a winzip file? Where is the logic behind this anyways? It is my understanding that to compress something you just make patterns from its binary and use that to shorten it. Maybe I'm way off I don't know I've never really looked into it.

Right all those anime drawings were from way back, maybe 3-4 years ago. I'll probably never do an anime drawing again. Not into that stuff anymore. Although anime was an awesome part of my life! Could I see some of your work Shuuuu?

I see what you're getting at here. Maybe by definition you are correct in that either task is similarly "productive", however if I draw all day at the end of the day I've gotten better at drawing, I have some drawings to show people, and if they are well done almost anyone can appreciate them. If I play games all day at the end of the day all I have is more content in the game, I probably haven't really gotten much better, and the only people who will 'admire' the time spent are the ones playing the games (In this case I know 1 person IRL who plays subspace), and at that it's not really something to be proud of to begin with. When I look back at the drawings I've done, I can see how my style has changed or progressed, and reflect on it. Whatever I do in a game eventually amounts to nothing.

And I'm under the impression that you consider drawing and playing games to be of equal productivity? I posted this up here because if anyone else was in the same boat as me and playing games all day well maybe this can inspire them. Obviously not everyone *cough* oid *cough* cheese but if just one person does that it wasn't a waste.

Ya I quit sold all my junk, my net worth was 2.6mil. Not very proud of that tbh. I had a lot of clips for a montage too, loads of double ad lancs being owned by a single coffin from my jav or shark. Anyways peace everyone it was a great experience!

By "Quit" I mean sell all my crap give the $$$ away and come back probably around next reset or the one after. Why am I posting a poll on this? Don't I know that the world is full of trolls that will click "Yes" without a second thought? Yes, I am aware of those things, but I am too indecisive and can't decide for myself. Subspace is a fun game for me and I enjoy playing it, however there are a lot of better things I could be getting done but instead I am busy killing people with guns and bombs.

I don't know for me it asks to scan every single drive I put in regardless of it's condition, and even if I scan it the next time I plug the drive in I get the same message as if I never scanned it at all. And that's with an intact filesystem to begin with. If you DO get a corrupt drive you can always just run a chkdsk on it.

I take the idea back, if Cheese like it it's probably going to ruin the zone somehow or create huge imbalances.

http://i52.tinypic.com/j5ldgw.png I think a layout like this for center safe would be great, where each ship (of any size) can access the warp pad on top but is randomly spawned into a certain sector of center safe and must exit in a specific direction. That way the area right below center wouldn't be super clustered and crowded! Minibase would also be a bit better because you wouldn't be able to just go straight down from center safe unless you got the 25% roll of landing on square #3 for example.

Yea I usually disable it too but now with this service being disabled it takes care of the autorun too! That's what makes it so epic! Haha gotta love those features I know Cheese, you're the most amazing person in the world and I'm a completely retarded dumbass for thinking that ANYONE would benefit from my post.
