It was cool at the start, now it's really pissing me off. Every time I bty, in center or basing, I run out of pulse G-Ammo. Either take it off, or make it come in larger quan!@#$%^&*ies. Maybe a limit of 50k ammo and 10k ammo per pack, a pack costing 250$. Its REALLLLLY annoying! When I have high bty, and then I go to buy ammo, I either lose it all, or get hunted in the process.

Jeez you guys make such a big deal. I swear when I need to. Whether I get warned or not doesn't matter. I say the F word maybe once a week and a few others if necessary. Usualy mods understand if they see it why it's being used, and more than that, even if I do get warned, I do nothing about it. I got warned for saying !@#$%^&* by rare a few days ago, and what did I do? Pretend I didn't get warned. Did I get a fine? No. A Lockout? No.

My main point was to make it part of the normal arena so that it would have a bit of ... motion to it and all. Most people don't even play in sub arenas for too long before swapping back. Spam? Lol it is kind of a chuckle though since you will never rule any

I dno... It would kinda seem weird. I mean I play ss a lot and sometimes I don't even pay attention, so when I hear l4 guns coming up I might think its somebody using l3 guns and I would take different action, or I wouldn't know what ship it is.

Does it work on a different computer in the same house? Also it could somehow be an antispyware program running. Have you tried re-installing the latest continuum version?

This isn't not a democracy either... I've never seen Rareitanium "throw a fit when something goes wrong." And I don't think jrmods are required to host trivia as one of their responsibilities... although I could be wrong about this. It's nice when a mod does something on a boring evening or morning of gametime. I never really see rare doing anything like that... correct me if i am wrong. And the throwing a fit is my way to express all the degrants hes done to me lol. You probably got it the wrong way... its cool lol jrmods can grant money. They can prize powerups (such as bounty, rockets, portals, etc.) They cannot grant actual items (such as cobalt warheads, reactors, fields, etc.) Now I understand that... thanks for clearing me up.

Distort, I see your point, but it works backwards too. Personally I hate the entire flag game. The fact there are so many of them, the fact one person can win it, etc etc. I play anyways. We could also make the reset a fixed thing. Course that would devastate newer players when its 1 week before reset Also, I would consider maybe something below jrmod but not just some person, as a rank, to host events. Say powerball would be an arena, where its 2 forced freqs and when one gets a goal its a sum of cash for the team and double for the player or etc etc. Another idea is like sunday night game night where its powerball or defender in a subarena for all to play in... just that day.

This is what I love about ss. It's not an rpg, so there are no glitched items or nothin, and more than half the idiots get banned. Then what's left is the clean, kinda, mature people who can have a good time Although I did get banned from a few zones a few years ago for using ce. It was for testing purposes, and I had quit SS back then.

I totally agree. He doesn't throw a fit when something goes wrong (psst rare!) and yes... he throws trivias and stuff. LMAO at expload. But jr mods can't grant cash? Nor items? WTF? Anyways I don't care if they get promoted or not. Maybe we could promote ONE, and we give them one month to prove to be the best mod. When that month is over we have a vote, and winner gets promoted. Just an idea.

Hey, so after the PowerBall topic I made, a lot of people wanted the powerball back/missed it. Then people suggested we have defender (when a flag can't move, you hover over it and it becomes your teamcolor) instead of CTF. I came to the simple idea of rotating every month or so. Maybe 4 rotates every reset? It could start slow, like defender. Then CTF. Then something else, and then when everybody is rich, PowerBall to let even noobs get rich faster. Defender: Hold the base flag (maybe make one gigantic base maze and at the end the flag?) and you make $500 per minute (30k an hour) while defending it. CTF: Drop all 20 flags for 5 seconds to win the jackpot, or base with them. This is a little quicker than holding the flag (defender) since more people are attacking, and in a full game the JP raises fast. Something Else: Ideas? PowerBall: The final thing. This as we all know, makes quick cash from up to 100-200k an hour for the team providing your team has full control over the net. In a full game one goal can give you and your team 10k. This could be lowered to even 2k and it would still be more fun, and dominate all the other types. What does everyone think?

Not sure if you got my file or not, but I have a really cool sounding laser sound file that I sent out to a few people. It works great, not annoying, and sounds kinda cool

I liked the red dark style the best. Blue steel isnt bad either but not as good as the inverted blue. Perhaps we can change them by month?

Desert, It would be too easy to score if it were in center only. That's kinda impossible. (Player takes Powerball. Play types "?id 8". Player hits enter. Player now has the choice to leave the powerball in the middle of ID tunnel, OR take it into base 8.

Well a 5k reward could be changed to maybe 1k or even 500$ a score. Also, how could the other team go balling if the defending team has the ball?

And those reasons may be...?
