Ok this topic is really an epic fail right now... just wow. I know there is no rule but thats why I said approximately 7 months from now, and I would say where I got the 2 resets from but certain people don't want me to. And the ammo system won't be put back AFAIK It was just part of my little rant

I based the 7months on your 6month rule, on average a reset happens every 6 months, and were are about 1 month away from 1 reset, so then 6 months later its the 2nd reset w/no minibase.

Ugh then I guess I'm the ONLY one where who feels the mini should stay... oh well I tried... what more can I do?

Ok guys, recently I was having a little talk with our good friends of hs. I'm going to cut the crap here, and get right to it. 2 resets from now (about 7 months from now) the minibase will be removed. Gone. Obliterated. Phased out. Cropped out. Remebmer the ammo system?!?! OMG YESS AMMO SYSTEM OMG WASN'T IT FUN GUYS??? FUN RIGHT? ... Oh did I forget to mention THE MINIBASE IS BEING F****** REMOVED??????? And so I asked the staff why... you know what my responce was??????? they said the minibase is poor gameplay and many people don't like it. So I wan't you guys, to tell the staff, why the minibase is so darn bad and that it should be removed Personally I love the minibase because it offers both slight basing for when no basegame is going on. It doesn't take away the fun from center, because you have the choice to go in there, and there are lots of people not in there. I even designed my own minibase with a few dead ends in it so like 3 freqs could all be in there at once. How cool is that? Ok even if it isn't, its going to be removed so you can discuss.

Well brain wrapped this up pretty quick. Nothing more needs to be said as this is in the HS section. Mods can close this now.

Wouldn't it be cool to have some sort of promotion or advertisement or commercial funding for HS/SS? The community has overall gotten small over the years (ss not hs) and it wouldn't hurt to try to get some new people to play. Discuss

I lol'd at that Anyways I guess its a good idea to have this but sometimes it would be handy to just put a ^ to show you agree with a post or whatever. I personally don't think its that big of an issue here.

I never used drupal, but my next website/remake WILL be done in drupal for sure. At least to give it a go. Also the poll and all that is fixed.

Yeah I am constantly updating it, all the time. Like a lot. A lot a lot. Like already, you can see since you wrote that post like 10 new things have been added. Also the entire writeup at the top is gone now. It was too cheesy anyways. If you are viewing the website in internet explorer, chances are good that a lot of things won't display properly. However yes, the text actually was cut off. Now what am I using? Well the images are .png's, but the entire website wasn't made by me. I use joomla, which is a CMS. Google it. Joomla allows me to create websites and manage content more flexibly, and easily. You can install templates; etc. What I have now is a template from demo.rockettheme.com, and modified a bit. Although I used to make all my websites in raw html, that era is long gone. Joomla is good in some ways since a person who doesn't know html or anything can add and edit content. Probably not make a website, but eh. Knowing a lot helps.

Haha thats not true I think I was the first one to make a DT. Omni won that one too. I think it had 1 more player than yours did.

Thanks about the forum layout Now I want to attract people that like getting things for free, and mainly people who are interested and willing to download/try new programs on their computer. Since it's all free there shouldn't be too much of a hastle. Also people who would join my forums/ go on my IRC and build up a small community.

The main idea of this website is to host useful free game/applications with well... everyone. I tampered with quality a little more, its actually better if you film in full frames and then compress it. I say they should get everything and more back, but make the shark a standard 2x2 ship. Maybe even make the shark like the way it was in the old days where you couldn't buy items for it, it was a free maxed out ship that everyone had.
