  1. Why does killing someone only give 5 bty now? Is this to try to slow down HS's economy? Edit: Also, maybe increase the turret limit by 1, so we have have a priv of 6 people, 5 turrets on 1 lanc.
  2. You can go to the shop, buy ammo, and continue btying 5 seconds later :/
  3. I support being able to buy portals and HT-speed seperately, if they were available, I would likely buy them for my spider and levi. I'm not sure if this is possible, but maybe be able to set a $ amount cutoff for displaying the kill messages (for example, only show if you get $100 or more from a kill) for each player's preference.
  4. I don't think having two arenas is a good idea, I like the current single-arena system because it promotes a sense of community. Because we're all in the same arena, everybody is playing together, talking with the same pub chat, etc. Two arenas would also be harder to moderate.
  5. Yeah, there would probably have to be limits on how many of each item you could have, like there currently are.
  6. One of the reasons I wanted separate items was because when Rockets were taken off of Levi, I couldn't get the portal or the extra HT-speed either. If those items could be bought separately, then if I wanted, I'd still be able to get them.

  9. My idea that I had, partially inspired by the HS-Point system in duel, is having maybe 20 or 30 Utility slots per ship instead of 3. This way, items could be sold separately, but would take up a different amount of utility slots, with more useful/common items taking up more. For example, a repel could take up 4 slots, a burst 5, a thor 10, portal 3, etc. Special things such as the increased HT-speed from the current Tunnel Runner, or Antiwarp, could also be sold separately. With this system, ships could be further customized to the pilot's personal preference, and could possibly be more specialized. For example, a centering ship currently using Close Combat might really need the Repels, but not that that much use for the Bursts. Of course, Converters might convert 8 utilities into 2 sensors, and 1 sensor into 6 utilities, or something. I'm pretty sure multiple slot use is possible, since I've seen items such as Wide Brick take up 2 Brick slots, and Converters even using -2 slots. COMMENTS, my fellow HS players?
  10. A few small details things I noticed: -There's a little glitch or something in the left wall of the left HT. Everybody probably already noticed this. -With the new ID tunnel, it no longer warps you to the center of the tunnel. While flying through it, the wormholes' gravity now causes your ship to rock up and down slightly. This probably isn't that important though. -You used to be able to shoot into the center safe by perfectly staying on the blue line in front of safezone, to force a flagger in safe to drop their flags. This is no longer possible, as the weapon-stopping tiles are now touching the safezone directly. Similar case with the 4 shops. This also, probably isn't important, since there are other ways to force the flagger to drop flags.

    I downloaded the chatnut as a .jar, I'm using version 2.5 currently. I'm having problems using friendly-team chat and enemy-team chat. When I used //, the messages were sent as a enemy-team chat to the spec freq. When I used ", the messages were sent to friendly-team.
