Lol, ok, Iverson is a 6'0 shooting guard. The way the league is going, the positions are getting taller and taller. So you are saying you are going to match Ivy against 6'6" and up? his !@#$%^&* would be getting blocked left right and centre. And regarding his !@#$%^&*ists being only 1 more than Jordan, that isn't all that impressive. Overall MJ's stats are better. Chambahs, I'm glad you agree with me, but your post seems to side with LOSA... For some reason... There was plenty of good players in that era, if not more. I will go ahead and name them when I have more time, but yet again, I have to go to !@#$%^&*sucking work on this fcking long weekend. As for Chris Paul, he, in my opinion, has already proved himself and in his 2 year career to even some of the most skeptical NBA fans. He led all rookies in points, !@#$%^&*ists, steals, and minutes in his first year. So you can take away the credit he deserves all you want, the fact remains he is, and will be a top point guard in this league for many years to come. Good riddance to Baron Davis, I'd rather have this guy. Sad to see PJ go but he is old and probably going to retire next year.

I don't know whether to "accept your opinion" or to tell you, again, what I was trying to say. Your opinion is wrong. Iverson does not come close to Michael Jordan. They didn't even play the same fcking positon for fck sakes. MJ was a shooting guard, Iverson a point guard. "Paul may have been rookie of the year, but he will never accomplish anything more. Iverson has the heart and drive nobody else does. who else can carry his team to the finals like iverson did with the 2001 Sixers? nobody on that team averaged more than 10 points other than iverson. all he had were OK players: rebounders, shot blockers, etc. Paul will never be on Iverson's level. Iverson is a scorer, he can miss 10 straight and can't wait to take another shot. i love that about him." You are saying Dikembe Mutumbo is not a good player? HAH. One of the best centres of all time, toots. "WOW, learn to read !@#$%^&*. i said IVERSON IN 2001...now, last time i checked, Iverson came into the league in 1996. duuurrrr you're wetaded according to you, Paul has AMAZING teammates, so he should be able to get into the playoffs, right? hahahahaha. Iverson being able to score 58 points is amazing, considering Paul will never average 30 points in his career, ever. it proves that he's a scorer despite being only 6'0". it proves that he has heart. what he's done already says enough. now, what Paul has done...is nothing. he will never be anyone important. first of all, real ballers know that MJ is good, but he's not the best. that can be argued in so many ways. MJ was in another time era, times have changed and the game has also changed. oh yea...Remorse...U MAD? lmaoooo." I guess, being a ball hog, compared to being a team player makes the player superior? I don't think so. Chris Paul does a little thing I like to call, involving his teammates. Like someone said earlier, the way he plays is comparable to Steve Nash with his passing ability. Michael Jordan(14 years in league): fg% .445 / 3p% .291 / ft% .835 / rpg 6.2 / apg 5.3 / spg 2.35 / bpg . / TO 3.23 / ppg 30.1 / Fg career total 24 537 / 3p career total 1 778 14 time All-Star Olympic Gold Medal Winner—1984, 1992 Five time MVP—1988, 1991, 1992, 1996, 1998 7 time The Sporting News MVP Rookie of the Year—1984 Defensive Player of the Year—1988 11 times All-NBA—10 times first team, 1 time second team 9 time All-Defensive First Team Sports Illustrated "Sportsman of the Year"—1991 Named one of the 50 Greatest Players in NBA History in 1996 Records Most scoring !@#$%^&*les—10 Most NBA Finals MVP awards—6 Highest career scoring average—30.12 Highest career scoring average playoffs—33.45 Most consecutive games scoring in double figures—866 Highest single series scoring average NBA Finals—41.0 (1993) Allen Iverson(11 years in league): fg% .423 / 3p% .311 / ft% .777 / rpg 3.9 / apg 6.2 / spg 2.3 / bpg 0.1 / TO 3.76 / ppg 27.9 / Fg career total 17 200 / 3p career total 2 984 1996-97 Rookie of the Year 1996-97 All Rookie First Team 1998-99 All NBA First Team 1999-00 All Star 1999-00 All NBA Second Team 2000-01 All Star 2000-01 NBA All Star MVP 2000-01 NBA MVP 2000-01 TSN MVP 2000-01 All NBA First Team 2001-02 All Star 2001-02 All NBA Second Team 2002-03 All Star 2002-03 All NBA Second Team 2003-04 All Star 2004-05 All Star 2004-05 All NBA First Team 2005-06 All Star 2005-06 All NBA Third Team He is a good player, even a great player, just doesn't stack up to MJ. By the way, the only thing that Iverson has that Paul doesn't, is a huge fan base. Just wait, oh you just wait. ... What the fck was I smoking to waste all my time on this long winded post. Good day.

I would like to address some of these posts in further detail, but I have about 10 minutes until I have to leave for work or I'll probably get stuck in traffic. NBVegita, thank you for taking the time to statistically compare both Iverson and Paul's rookie years. Also you say that, quote... So first you say the Hornets players are skilless/no good/nobodies. Now by saying that all Iverson's teammates were "OK players" or bad players in his rookie year, you are implying that Paul's teammates, the ones, last I checked, you were badmouthing left right and centre, are above average/good players? Contradict much? And LOSA, how does Iverson having one good game(58 points vs. the Hornets) a few years ago prove anything regarding his overall ability? Oh right, I forgot, Iverson is the best player of all time, even better than Michael Jordan... LMFAO! You just lost all credability with that comment alone. Do you think youre *opinion* is right compared to countless NBA analysts? Pleeeeease!

lol fu t-man, serious muh !@#$%^&*a

listen up you fckin !@#$%^&* dumpster. i'm not the one who lives on these forums, so who is the !@#$%^&*ing nerd? the amount of !@#$%^&* i get is not an issue, because it never has been. the amount of !@#$%^&* you get isn't something you should be proud of. now im through with your disease ridden self and this dumb!@#$%^&* arguement. and by the !@#$%^&*ing way, iverson isn't !@#$%^&*.
-
I don't see how people hearing your voice makes you the chick in your picture. Iverson is probably better than Paul. Paul is still a rookie. Another thing, why you keep editing your posts?
-
Lol, again with the paranoid suspicions. I guess whatever the commentators say must be true, because we all know they don't have biased opinions at all. You are worse than one of these conspiracy theorists... And also you are a dumb !@#$%^&*ing !@#$%^&*, you want to call me names after I didn't say !@#$%^&*, grow up. And as for me getting "knocked the !@#$%^&* out", by who? A chick? lol gimme a !@#$%^&*in break toots, I've been a concrete finisher/labourer for 4 years, done some roofing in between and am now a machinist, so suck on my left nut. And what bandwagon am I jumping on, I said you were full of !@#$%^&* from the beginning based on what you wrote. Wait a minute, do you think before you type? Nah probably not, just like any other stupid !@#$%^&* who thinks she is hot I've ever met in the past. Do us a favour, quit pretending to be a girl, because we know your a dude with some stolen pics off myspace, probably this Chambahs fellow and LOSA are one in the same. You are obviously the one who must not watch any games, Tyson Chandler is one of the best centers in the league, as well as Chris Paul being one of the best point guards. And what? You aren't going to say !@#$%^&* about D. West? !@#$%^&* your Nuggets, and !@#$%^&* your Sixers... They both lack skill and leadership.
-
It's obvious that you are a typical teenage female with more estrogen than knowledge about the sport. So please do me/us a favour and quit living the falacy that whatever you say is the truth, as I pointed out earlier. Anybody who knows the NBA? Little girl please, I've been watching NBA games since I was 8(when you were still in diapers) and I am now 22. The refs carry no bias towards certain players, and for !@#$%^&* sure, don't favour any one player over another. If it looks like a foul, it gets called... No matter who the fck it is. And it is a fact that the refs favour certain players/teams? Where can I find where this is written? And with which players and what teams? Any player, and any team, can "flop" at any given time. Nobody can be perfect, without mistakes, in every single game, even an outspoken, know-it-all dummy like yourself can(hopefully) grasp this concept. And regarding the Hornets, Chris Paul is, by far, the most promising point guard in the NBA right now, don't even fcking say he isn't, because he is. Tyson Chandler, Peja Stojakovic, David West, 1st round draft pick... Need I say more?? Also, at least I'm not the type of guy who claims to like a team whenever they start to get noticed/good. Unlike some people... *cough*losa*cough* I've liked the Hornets since the Grandmama/LJ days, can you say the same about your beloved Nuggets? No, I didn't fckin think so.
-
wahh? Just thought I'd point out how back in 99/00 I would get banned from SWZ for saying words like, !@#$%^&*/!@#$%^&*/fck for weeks at a time, then finally 5000 days...
-
Cry me a river... Just like any other sport, if it looks like a foul, that's how it gets called. And the refs dont favour certain teams, you just see things from your own point of view and forget to look outside of the box... Like I said, i could give a fck about the Spurs, but they still, and have for quite some time, been a better team than the Nuggets. Which aren't even that great of a team anyway. lol, that is gonna spark some controversy. Spurs for 2007 NBA champs! I'd be rootin for the Hornets but they never seem to make it to the playoffs, or get eliminated in the first round... Just wait and see what they can do next year though after getting 13/14th pick in the draft, Hornets are going to take everyone by surprise baby.
-
All excuses aside, Nuggets lose, Spurs win. How can the refs make questionable calls in the Spurs favour as much as you say without sparking suspicion with the higher ups? Again with the "I'm right, you're wrong" at!@#$%^&*ude. All that is comes down to is who wins the games. And tell me this, how could the Spurs be in the finals more than any other team in the last 5 years if they weren't as good as any real NBA fan knows that they are??? By the way, I'm not even a Spurs fan, I just give credit where it is due. Suns/Spurs could go either way, it may be the most compe!@#$%^&*ive series in the playoffs this year. But then again, the Spurs have the clutch players who have been there and done that many times, and that will pay off in the end.

SOS is beyond that of mere regulations and rules...

just thought id take a second to laugh at losa's nuggets losing.. consistancy will win over explosiveness 9 times out of 10. and yes, i know the spurs got crushed yesterday by the suns...

such swedish names som hahahahahahah... k im done. my first name was dang ol dog so what am i laughin at? -
... "you think everything you say is the truth." When you disagree with someone's opinion then try to tell them how they are wrong and you are right, that is the same as saying, "everything I say is the truth". And by the way, you talk about how old the Spur's players are, but have you checked AI's age? 31, almost 32. Denver is a good team, just not good enough. The estrogen levels are too high in this topic for me, kthx.
-
Lol losa, it is clear to me you are stubborn and you think everything you say is the truth. We will see who wins. I admit the Nuggets out hustled the NBA's most consistant team in the first game. But you forget, that the Nuggets could barely even make the playoffs, and are definately going to be tired out after trying their hardest. They have a good line-up, they just dont have chemistry even near comparable to the Spurs...

This has to be the most consitantly repe!@#$%^&*ive and annoying topic in history. You will never have women, you will never get acknowledged by women, and most certainly, you will never have sex with, you got it, a woman. However, this is not a surprise coming from the most consistant, repe!@#$%^&*ive and annoying community in history. And the only reason I decided to reply, after skipping through pages of nonsense, is to say the Bulls are going to crush Miami. The Nuggets, with or without Iverson, are still, and always will be, the Nuggets. Enough said. No one team stands any considerable advantage other than the Mavs. Meet your 2007 champion Dallas Mavericks. P.S-Hornets for playoffs next year!! Possibly semis!
