Well this scenario is entirely possible. The people he kills tends to get hit 1-2 times and move back and then come again once they regen their hp while he sprays bullets. This ongoing cycle = charmed shooting a ton but not getting many kills.

So it means you couldn't kill 2-3 people after 160 shots.....somethings wrong here.....
