I don't have to read the topic to know what your talking about. 90% of Continuum is like this, it's something you have to deal with. SSC is the largest player database in Subspace, and holds the scores for players and squads for any zone that starts with the letters SSC. Sysops are typically the owners of the zones. No one has as much athority in the zone as them. They cannot be removed by players, or any group of people. Zone owners are sysops, and they have absolute power in their zones to do whatever they want. They do however have to follow SSC guidelines, but "No Swearing" is not a rule they have to follow, so therefore no one can do anything about it.

Unless this person is using a proxy to mask their ip, they are different people.

Zone forums are often found in the news.txt of the zone. For instance, Extreme Game's will post thier website's url in their news, or you can go back to the forum listing here, scroll down to Zone Forums and click on Other.
