If you just set a vaild email when you created the name you wouldn't be in this situation, becides, if you're going going to be playing for 2 months before you go to the Navy, then what does it matter? Names don't get reset if they have over 500 (?) hrs of usage.

Have fun waiting with the ssbase form, Mackieman is a waste of space, time, and biller access. If you set a valid email for the name, then check the email. If not, then it's your fault you didn't set a vaild email, and you're best bet would to get a new name.

No, no monitor adjustments. However, I left it unplugged by accident and obvoulsy the battery died, but now, when the laptop is plugged in, the monitor is brighter, and unplugged it's darker, so it flip-floped again...

My laptop is kinda screwy me thinks, so I was wondering if anyone here could lend some !@#$%^&*istance. When my laptop is plugged in, my monitor gets darker, and when I unplug it, it gets brighter. This has happened for as long as I have had it, but it flip flops itself sometimes too. Before today, when I had the laptop plugged in, the monitor was brighter, and unplugged it was darker. Now, it changed for no apparent reason. I've checked my power settings and whatnot, but have not found an option to correct this. Does anyone have any ideas short of calling HP and asking them wtf is wrong? Maybe I missed a power option somewhere. IMO that's a perfectly good reason to not reset them, that way you don't get people trying to impersonate older players who may have had some influence in some aspect of the game, or a zone.
