registerfly still hasn't removed the ICANN logo from the bottom of their site...I wonder what ICANN will do about it.

What makes more sense? Two guys, one with the name Matt, the other with the name Matt in his email. The first guy starts a thread about unbanning Spyed, and the second guy IS Spyed and currently banned. Their IP's are similar, the named used are similar, and their love for Spyed is similiar. OR Two guys, same ISP, one is Spyed, the other just likes Spyed and thinks he should be unbanned even though he's only been around since March 12th, and has only posted 12 posts. Not to mention he's confirmed his iden!@#$%^&*y to numerious people.

Not to mention his IP is only a few numbers off from his previous IP.

Thanks for confirming my thoughts that you were Spyed. I wasn't entirely sure when I saw the name "matthew" in one of the email addresses of your accounts here on FC, but you've just proved it.

To those who didn't go to ICANN's site to look up the areas in which RegisterFly was in breech of, here they are per the pdf file Candy posted:

Huh...so users can transfer domains to a registar of their choice, as well as RegisterFly can suggest to ICANN an accredited ICANN registar to transfer all of their customers to. So...transfer your domains now to a company of your choice, or get transfered to a copy of RegisterFly's choice...

Player Randomizer: Every 2 minutes the bot/module picks one person from each frequency and changes them to the opposte freq excluding players with flags. It would be something new and it would keep people on their toes, plus it might make things a little interesting. The frequencies would have to be locked at all times to prevent hopping back, but I think it's definatly do-able and fun. Current Users In Deva: Have the bot display in the deva chat every x number of minutes with a list of the people's names who are in deva, or maybe implement a cmd that players can use in msg form to inquire about the current users in Deva. That way the chat doesn't get spammed, and players can check up on Deva from other zones by like :Deva-Bot-0:!players and it returns a list of players and what freq they're on, including spec'ers and maybe their idle time.

So does ICANN contact registerfly's customers for preferences and options for transfers to new registars, or do they just distribute the domains to random registars and say, "here ya go!"

Not quite... The zone you speak of left because he didn't like the fact D+ wanted the src's to the bots to make sure they weren't poorly coded, and possibly a threat to the server and other zones.
