Actually sever according to the latest IAEA report, Iran has not fully cooperated, they were asked to hault their enrichment, instead they have expanded, they have expanded the production of heavy water stations, which can be used to create weapon grade enrichments, and they have asked for more information on the plutonium enrichment that the IAEA has stumbled upon, for which Iran says they have no information on. Now the details might be slightly off as I'm trying to remember the report I read a week ago, but that is the main idea of the report.

Hey is there anyway to get information about why things happen, or what things do? Like for example, I have not gotten an attack turn in over 7 hours. I think this might be because I'm number 1. But I don't know for sure, and these are things that would be good to know. So is there information, or a tutorial somewhere?

Is there any reason why I haven't gotten any attack turns added in a while? is there a dead time for that?

Everything is also based on region. I live in NY which everyone knows is a mostly lib, dem state. Whereas if you go to say texas...different story. Politics are very strongly regional.

lol why would I spam 17ths forum? I just find the whole topic funny of creating a whole essay of why zones lose population.
