Reformat..be sure you have system discs first, then you can start all over. Just backup any important files that you wanna keep (not the virus's and kazaa isnt important) onto a disc. If you dont have a cd burner, try to get a box of 20 a: drive discs.

Well, since you can prove its yours, then thats weird. Did you play with it on the computer you have now? Cause, they can match Ip's of course to the name and the name your using now. If not I would just say to let the name reset, and try again in a few months/year(s).
