Where did you get it? If you downloaded it from ssdownloads it will prolly be ok to use i think, Since it wouldnt be given out in public if it wasnt allowed.

Where can you see the time remaining for you to be able to attack again?

it easy to raise some levels and defend yourself.. just need to have 10 mins of free time every 3 hours.

contact the directory server maintainers to help you. If he refuses to get the map offline they can block the zone.
