First of all, it is widely known that the New Yorker is liberal, and that the media will slander and misrepresent the data that they have. Make up your mind.... are they in an investigation? Claims by detainees? Written confessions? Where are your sources? Anyone can say this on a forum without any fact. Without citation this is just bull!@#$%^&*.

Every single detainee at Gitmo hates America and wants America destroyed. Each of them was captured during the War on Terrorism in countries such as Afghanistan, therefore they are more or less POWs (Prisoners of War). POWs do not have to be charged with anything. Boo Ya. LearJett+
