yea there was a downtime yesterday when I got a "server too busy" error when trying to access SSForum. Was wondering what was going on.

or just use Skype and it does all the country code/etc dialing for you.

I really wish we could get a replacement Biller, but we would have to get an exact copy of the current DB. It is VERY important for us to keep the current DB. (if player names are lost that WILL be the end of subspace)

Even if he "quit" the development of SS he is still in sole control of the Server housing the Biller. Ghost has the best "luck" contacting him, but thats only if the world is about to end.

Only Priitk can add IP Addresses through the firewall. Ghost can add SSC Slots, but he doesn't have access to firewall permissions. So the only way new "SSC Hosts" can get added is to get in contact with Priitk and have him do it. That is why. So for a zone to get SSC Access they need to get on a server that already has SSC Access. For a Server to get SSC Access, yea well stand by to stand by.

Does the SERVER that hosts these zones have SSC Access?

ok first off, we (the community) need to slowwww down. We don't need 15 people spamming BDE or any major company claiming they "represent" subspace/continuum. I've seen 2 or 3 people so far claiming they either already contacted BDE or will contact BDE. That makes us look like a very unorganized community. We need 1 (or 2) reps to act on the behalf of the community. Be it Ghost, Polix, or whoever, we just need to appoint somebody. Somebody active within the community and on this board would be a plus. Plus, with a lot of people contacting BDE, who knows what all information (90% wrong information) they are giving them. This could complicate things down the road.
