If the whole situation is part of "name trading" you can forget about that. Its not "abuse" if the orginal player who owned the name does ?lostp!@#$%^&*word. SSC discourges name trading & will not help you get or protect a name that you "traded" for or "won". Players name trade and/or "name duel" at their own risk. However if it is a BILLING OP that is taking names then that IS abuse but something tells me that this is not the case.
