If you're in SSC, the ?lostp!@#$%^&*word command works, but only if you specified a correct email during the registration.

Make sure you downloaded the 'Windows Full with source' ASSS file. In that you'll see the ASSS.bat file which you can execute. If you don't see that, you probably have the Linux version. EDIT: BaK replied at the same time.

For password protection, yes, but you'd need a biller to be able to use chatting commands and making squads and such.

Perhaps Service Pack 2 is not letting it run for any reason. Try and see if your firewall is not allowing Continuum.exe to run.

Probably make "walking" frames, so a ship going straight in one direction can have different graphics for it like maybe, for a soldier, a walking effect.
