the file "VIEd_01.skn" is 0 bytes the .bmp is 18.3 MBs - I'm guessing makeskin.exe does not approve of the size of the image if there is some other explanation do tell if not - please fix it

I tried to enter an SSI zone (SSI RDF>Robotech!) and it gave me the 'invalid password' popup, but I hadn't touched my profiles in a long time. I checked my profile passwords and sure enough, all the ones I have used recently on SSI had corrupted passwords - I'm !@#$%^&*uming they are corrupted, in fact all the profiles effected now had passwords longer than the correct passwords. I copied the profiles, changed the passwords to the ones I remember and they worked fine. Looked in profile.dat to compare the encrypted passwords...but it looks like that's not stored there anymore (it was before, wasn't it?) Using .39pr1 - I've spoken to someone else that has experienced this same occurrence using .38 - also happened with SSI profiles both of us have different profiles and passwords for SSC and SSI ------- So now I'm writing out a list irl of my passwords because while they are easily remember now, I have forgotten passwords before - and since they could be corrupted...well, better safe than sorry.

the screen before the main screen - you run subspace.exe, it does the splash, then you see the first screen - it actually has "SUBSPACE" on the top and when you hit the 'PLAY GAME' button it opens up to the main screen that's what I meant - that will not be a part of the skin I'm making because I don't know if it's even possible with the current skin support - I doubt it is I would love to install the attachment mod Here's the story... The attachment mod installed manually takes a LONG LONG LONG time...it is very involved and I'm just not willing to do it BECAUSE there is ANOTHER mod that is ALREADY installed on this board that can install the attachment mod on every single skin in a matter of minutes - the only problem is that it is password protected and Polix is the only one that knows the password (as far as I know - Swift might, too). So there you go - pester Polix, not me. I think he's waiting for the skins to be finalized or something before he installs more mods...even though it's really easy to install them and you can still delete skins after they're modded ( )
