Just because you don't play it anymore you want the whole of Subspace/Continuum to die? That's quite an egoistic at!@#$%^&*ude. That isn't what im saying at all. SS is a dying game, there is nothing that can be done to stop it, technology is improving bringing out better games with more advanced gameplays and better graphics. SS can stay alive forever depending on how long he hordcore fans want to stay because they will probably be the last ones remaining. With all this talk about creating updates and people creating new ideas for new zones just makes it feel like continuum is being dragged through the dirt. If I knew that the development of the game would help continuum then i would contibute whatever skills I have to help but the chances are that it's not going to help. Alot of people on the game are !@#$%^&*heads, there arent many new people because theres no chance of them playing against an expert and playing well. The chances are they will lose and the elite person will talk a load of !@#$%^&* then the new person leaves never to return. The game is basically full of veterans that dont let new people have a chance in winning/playing/enjoying the game. Whats the point in all the struggle? Do any of you still actually enjoy playing this game or is it only an addiction? Games are suppose to be fun, this game was fun years ago but now its just plain boring.

I agree with Ophie. I barely play anymore, when I do log onto Continuum it's only to chat. Quit SS let it die in peace.

SS development sucks (no offense to the people who do it) This game isnt worth developing, just quit and find a new game or get a life. It's for the good of the people if this gam never got played again, students would concentrate more on their education, adults wouldnt want to be such perverts over the students, the unemployed could go out and get a job etc... All this arguing, flaming, backstabbing and name calling. Is it all worth it?

I don't like it. It didn't work in 17th and I highly doubt it will work in your own zone. For the gameplay to be sort of fun you need a decent amount of population to play, you aren't going to get that population by getting people to go idle in your zone. You need to have something that no other zone has, something that people want, KOTH skirmish mode isnt it. Balling sucks! The only chance it had was when it was in 17th because there was already a decent amount of population there but even then it rarely had enough people to play KOTH mode. The map seems ok, can't see much wrong with it. The sets do suck but i wont go into that because you must know that already.

Eminems other albums were good but I can't remember what year they came out, i think i have pretty much all of them. I have all of ludacris though.

This game just can't compete with todays technology. Feels like its a race with a crippled granny.

The game just isnt what it used to be, i play far less now. I only log in to chat to a few people. Plus a lot of people have problems with Continuum, either installing the game, running it or playing it. Just doesn't seem worth the trouble for a 2d spaceship game.

What polix said. If you stop people making links to sites until they reach 5 posts or whatever then they will just spam to get there anyway and i dont mean spam as in creating a opintless topic. I mean spam as in typing 1 worded posts such as "agreed" like the majourity of attrations posts.

Whats the specs on your PC? I have a similar problem but I have low RAM, ive ordered 2 x 1gb sticks of RAM which will be delievered tomorrow, i'll let you know if that helped. What version of continuum are you using? Do you have any other programs running in the backround? Bring up the task manager and have a look at processes.

Change the map, possibly move away from balling because it requires alot of people for it to be fun. Will post more detail later

Don't worry about Starport, it sucks. You have limited fuel and unless you want to wait days before your fuel recharges you have to pay for fuel. You make squads and your own planets but people take them over night and its just a load of !@#$%^&*.

Because Mike wont do anything about it, or he wont give anyone Hsysop to do anything about it. 17th can't be a balling zone anymore, it gets too boring too quickly and requires a huge pop for it to be fun. I think 17th should change to either flagging or basing. I could make a map that goes with the current sets, if mike asks me to, i'll make it.
