    the .NET Framework is not included in Windows update. While, yes, if you click windows update then click the optional content, then yes you can. but it usually wont install it by default

    That zip file is everything it needs. Its what would would have got from the original download. ya its fine... was told after posting that Bjorn actually used a modified MervBOT Core so just using the *.dll would not work
