thats precisely why i was taken off. Actually, it wasnt really up for the doctor to decide whether i was taken off of it (that decision went to the psychiatrist i had at the time). He just advised me that it was not good for my health to continue to be on it. i have high blood pressure. runs in my family, and my weight also contributes, as well as my diet. !@#$%^&* i had some msg typed out and just as i was about to submit power blacked out for 2 sec. oh well. anyway, basically. i decided to take some action about this and got me an "at home" blood pressure monitoring system, pretty good one that should be fairly accurate. ive found that after taking the adderall and when its impacts are at the highest, ive gotten up to ~105/~85 w/ a "resting" pulse rate of ~90, that's a stimulant for you i guess. usually in the morning it's at it's lowest, and this morning was the lowest ive seen since buying it actually, that was 85/58 pulse 72. thats not too bad, and it's not nearly as low as it was at that one point. plus i havent really been having any side effects !@#$%^&*ociated with low blood pressure anyways. i asked my dad about blood pressure history in family, nobody he knows of has ever had any problems with high or low blood pressure in the family besides himself. he said he's been treated with hypotension. he said he felt "cold and clammy" and went to doc, and his blood pressure was 65/40 or some !@#$%^&* but that's only been in the last 5 years. im guessin that's more of an age issue then anything really genetic as he's approaching (i was born when he was almost 50). anyway, troll post? weh? (ps - also found webmd like 2 days ago too. yah, that is a good site. i was just reading too much !@#$%^&* from quacked out crap like yahoo answers) you'd be surprised by how little of a factor age can play sometimes, my aunt dora is around 90 and she doesn't need a wheel chair or crutches or any !@#$%^&*istance really, her heart/blood pressure/health etc are completely fine. and if i had to guess she'll be one of those super centarians in years to come. eat wisely, live wisely, and act according to the guides of wisdom and u will find urself happiness and great longevity my texan friend. (also diet is related to weight) kinda like that guy who is 90 and only eats bread soaked in fatback and a carton of wine everyday who is still very healthy?
