Yeah I did see CLT... But there are some things buggering me.. You can't add files other than images You can't seem to change image properties after you imported it We'd like to set screenobjects as well... but that's pretty easy once the setup is done for mapobjects

...I'm watching the lvz form, and I just can't figure out how it should be... Any ideas on how the interface should allow you to: -Add/Remove lvz files -Add/Remove files from each of these lvzs -Define ImageObjects (IMAGE#=file....) in each of these lvzs (note, files arent always from the same lvz) -Add mapobjects/screenobjects in each lvz, !@#$%^&*ociate them with ImageObject definitions from the same lvz, and define their properties For now we have a treeview that shows lvz's and their files... but then, to do object definition stuff, i dunno... Think of how you'd feel the more confortable to build your lvz files, and feel free to draw a draft on paint or something

Kids dont play games like ss anymore, they want to see 3D blood and stuff... and our generation is growing up, getting a life, work, etc. So all have less time for ss, and there's like noone to take over...

And I can't read your mind. We're trying to help you as more as we can from what we know of your problem. If you don't understand something, just ask. These kind of comments aren't going to bring you any help... Anyways... if SSME cannot open a map you made in DCME, it is normal, just don't worry. If your problem is anything else, we need to know what it is.

Which is kind of what he is asking for... knowing the other side of the story.

hm, well, the patch should have fixed the "autowarp checkbox not being checked when loading a region with autowarp" ; but this will have no effect whatsoever on the actual functionality of the autowarp because when your map was saved with the autowarp checkboxes on, the autowarp data was saved correctly, it just wasn't loaded correctly afterwards. So from here, I think the rest of the problem should be posted in MGB forum cause it's no longer a problem from DCME. I'll add a reply in that MGB forum topic concerning the other part of the issue

I just never really played it except for one or two multiplayer games where I got owned, but that's all... and I didn't really get into it... And I just stumbled on a starcraft cd image, so I tried it... and it's cooler than I thought

yes, that's a known issue now, it is fixed and will be in the next release... for now... well... u'll have to click the autowarp thingys back =/ Or... bleh here's the patch you need... Else you could be waiting for a while as I don't have much time to finish the lvz stuff (hopefully I can get some of it done tonight) -removed obsolete attachment-

by the way, the 'extra tiles' (191 to 255) have nothing to do with eLVL, but you're right they make ssme crash that and the 24bit tileset... if that really is the problem, I suggest he deletes ssme.exe, and open his maps with dcme

Well, at school we can choose "Adobe PDF Do!@#$%^&*ent" as a printer in any programs... don't know what they use, probably something like adobe pdf writer

I use avg internet security... never had any problem and openoffice... I tried it... and I uninstalled it IMMEDIATLY and deleted the installer... I HATED it... really... I wanted to make a graph in ... calc or whatever it's called, and I searched for half an hour how to change the cells from which it took its data / x-axis ; it would always select them automatically, and I couldn't change these things individually (i.e. one cells region for all data) ... Maybe I just didn't find it... but doing that with Excel (which I got the day after) took me 2 minutes... So yeah... it sucked real bad imo. Of course, I won't bash the product too much, cause it's free... for someone who doesn't want to pay for ms office, and would feel guilty of getting an illegal copy, then it's fine, but for anyone else, just get ms office... Most people using open office just hate microsoft for no apparent reason... these people annoy me... bleh

we still dont know what your problem is exactly... and "changing the file type to ssme" doesn't mean anything to me... dcme and ssme both work on the same file type (.lvl)
