  1. Some items use the bullet fire delay, others use the bomb fire delay, and some may use the mine fire delay... It doesn't seem to be very consistent, we should get some tests going As for the proximity... Yes, however, proximity will need to appear either in the ?buy list (by setting a value in the [Cost] section; you could set a super high price), or in the [Prizeweight] section, else players getting prox from the bot will get booted from the server for "using illegal weapons". I made a simple plugin that makes the bot send commands when a player spawns, depending on its freq and ship. So you could make it prize prox to these ships easily.   14. It's just that we didn't make a setup for it and include the components that are pretty common. If you see that a component is missing, google it and get it I remember trying to make a preloader that checked for these components... it screwed up everything though

I'll have to find a better/more balanced poker game... For now I leave it there because it's one of the very few games that always work. By the way, if you find games in which the submit / cashout doesn't work, please tell me (or post something around here) so I can get rid of the game.
  16. First and last time I ate sushis, I got sick :/ It was good... but like 10 minutes later my system decided to throw it all away. And the quality of the sushi wasn't to blame cause my brother ate the same and he was fine.

    Weapons

    Something I've just been thinking about... and I'll write it before I forget it... This was inspired by how Freespace 2 makes its weapons... probably several other games use that too Basically, you'd have a weapon 'table' that defines each weapon types used in a particular arena. For each weapon defined, there would be some basic settings, like the type (projectile, lock-on missile, beam, debris), speed/trajectory settings (acceleration, speed, heat-seeking/homing capability, wave trajectory, random trajectory...), the graphics/animations (for firing, the missile itself, the trail, etc) , some particular weapons could have some other settings, like the size of a beam weapon, its glow color and intensity... Of course, the damage settings (direct damage, splash damage, the shrapnel to use) The shrapnel to use would simply be a reference to another weapon, making awesome weapons possible... Like you fire a big bomb, it blows up with multiple smaller bombs, which then blow up with shrapnel. That would take out everything that is related to the weapons from the ship settings; thus simplifying, imo. In Freespace's case, these tables are simple text on the client-side, but I guess these things would be on the server-side for us, and the server would send only important info to the clients or something Anyway... just wanted to get this off my head
