Well, I don't know about USA, but here in Canada, there is a government agency that regulates food... stuff that is dangerous is simply not allowed, and that's fine. Just noticed in the options that if you make a highscore during a tournament, it WILL be valid for the game in the 'normal' arcade. Well not only a highscore, but all scores you make in tournaments are submitted to the arcade. I also made it so a player is auto-disqualified if he doesn't play for 1 month

It seems to me you'll only be convinced when you get your own skull cracked :/ If you had to hit your head in a bike crash, it's obvious that a helmet WILL absorb a lot of the impact. And I'm pretty sure most fatal bike accidents are caused by head injuries. As you said, scrapes aren't prevented by helmets, but you usually don't die from these.
