One of them said they reinstalled windows and it started doing said issue.. Thats what happened to me. There are no programs running in the background to cause the app not to open. Sometimes it will open if you try to run it a few times..a lot of the time it wont even open with run as. Very annoying. (Yes, I read the other thread.)

You have to edit a server file to open doors. Bots are used 'too much?' Who cares. They get the job done. Water is used too much.
