maybe i worded my last post wrong, but it is unlisted ATM. meaning you can not play unless you know the IP and port.

zone is back up, unlisted a few more issues are sorted. the iip also changed. a big thanks to smong for giving some help. for the next few months i will be busy with school work and what not. so im letting him run and admin the ASSS aspect of the box for now.

People demand too much from something that is free. Just take what you have and be happy with that. If he gets around to it, then fine, other then that. I think he did enough to help save the game for a few years.

Sometime over the weekend expect the zone to be back up. I am really busy with school work, but worked it out with a good man to help set it all back up. All databases were backed up so no worry. I am sorry, but right now school work is consuming most of my time awake.

UPDATE: Have to reload operating system OS. All hyperspace files / databases were backed up. Once support reloads OS. I will update yous.

Datacenter problems, second time this month. Their is nothing I can do on my end for now. Which makes me want to change my box now.. But I have to wait.

Eh, well it should of already been completely. But yet again I'm having problems with the data center and their network. Which is why next march I think I will be moving. Sorry for the delay. Im trying my best here, but this is the second time this month Im having a problem with them.

I'm not hosting hyperspace to gain any respect, or get anywhere in the community, to be honest from the start I didn't want people knowing that I was the one hosting HS. And as for the Halo issue, Polix, SSC should really look at who tried to help the community and players, rather then look at who tried to benefit themselves. I was given the opportunity to try and help a corrupt zone, and I went with it. It came down to some unexpected problems, but that is in the past. Why does the community always live in the past and not look forward to the future? Right now, I do not see any other ASSS Linux hosts. Their is talk of death getting a ASSS Linux box though.
