X'terr's ban i will sort out later, currently there is no evidence to show that his account is false, and so my suspicions are false. As a result ill be removing the ban when I get home from work unless anyone has logs to suggest otherwise (TBH if they did id have seen them by now though). As far as the accusations towards staff go, yes a few of them can be hot headed, it is the reason why I took the ban admin job and rewrote the book on how bans are done. The ban on x'terr is not by the book which is why it will be lifted. Thankfully these incidents are quite infrequent now and when they do occur I usually deal with them quite quickly. I'm not going to start axing the staff in question, they do a bloody good job when it comes to their specialty in the zone and I'm not going to lose that over an incident started by someone intentionally causing trouble. @slicer. That logs looks fragmented to me, it just doesn't seem to flow like a usual chat would. You have also used that "abusing NL kids" argument in every thread about DS and noone listens to it anymore. If you want to find a fault with DS pleace try to use constructive critisim instead of jumping on this bandwaggon. Nic being related to Nicger then !@#$%^&* is how they connect. We don't ban our population we just ban the idiots that enter the zone looking for one. People that do this kind of thing are looking for a ban for some reason or another. I suppose they pick DS because the rules on racism make it an easy target. With people like this I take the at!@#$%^&*ude of if you are looking for a ban you may have one. The real issue here is that there are people that simply cannot respect rules and/or enjoy jumping on a bandwagon started by these people. This kind of behavior does not support an argument stating that all staff in DS are abusive. There have been incidents of abuse in DS in the past which have been dealt with, the policy on bans had been adjusted to make it more fair. In this case you broke the rules which in my view are clear and so you were banned. Simple. Unfortunately nothing anyone does will solve the issue of a minority group with a grudge against DS that are bent on ruining things by any means neccacary.

If this was going to be an issue we would have seen it already i think. If it does start happening then we will deal with it as neccacary. The spam issue on the web is really starting to bug me. My university e-mail filters have been breached over the past couple of days so now i get 5 e-mails a day trying to sell me pills and various other crap. When these people will stop at nothing to spam you extreeme measures are needed.

Tizzy i kindly request you stop trying to get your five minutes of fame and think about this for a second. 1. It is well known DS has anti racism rules. For some unknown reason many people seem to think because they disagree with teem they are exempt and/or doing something a little different won't count. I think by now there have been enough incidents and explanations to demonstrate that there is no racism in the zone and that is final. It is clear you did not follow this rule and so you received a ban. As i have said many times on this matter. You don't have to agree with the rules, all we ask is that they are respected. 2. You come here, post a far from complete account of what occurred to make someone else look like the bad guy in all this. I personally cant see what part of this sounds like a good idea. This sort of corrupt and selfish way of thinking that we seem to see all to often is a stain on this game which is otherwise full of community spirited people. 3. If you have a complaint please come to me or another sysop first. It is what we are all here for. By throwing something straight into the public spotlight you have ignored all of the best ways to solve any problem you have encounterd with the DS staff. I know it was always you intention to provoke then place this here but i thought this point was relevant as it is another reason why this is nothing more then stupidity. Now with all this out in the open can I ask why? This looks like attention seeking to me. You take a controversial rule, break it to get a ban, remove the real reason for it in your accounts and post it in the main forum for the game. I don't have this problem. Anyone else from the members group having this issue? It may have something to do with Syrus playing with the members group recently. Ill put this to the attention of the admins.

I did work out the costs of all the UP upgrades up to 10k, if i remember where you are is not far off a 50 - 75mil increment. I do know that 1000 costs a little over 1 billion.

having the troops does garuntee a win. Just look at what holes managed a few rounds back. Combined smarties and JDS are making this round very difficault for me because im being threatend on two fronts.
