does your bot have sysop access and is it using the sysop pw? Also your warp area, they should be top left and bottom right i believe. Looks like you have bottom right and top left coordinates there. league results could work nicely, you could have a forumula that give a score for your position which will always be comparable. If this was to be done as long as its a ranking system based on cecent activity rather then all time it would allow people to climb the rankings and fall easily.

it WILL fix some of the issues that keep players off the game though, it is a step in the right direction IMO.

Nothing wrong with spending your time on the computer. I took up mountain biking to get me off mine a bit more, works a treat.

where else would iot d/l? Seems odd though because they have to be downloaded before anything will work.

Big trouble here is zones have different scoring systems, aims and objectives so it would be impossible to create a system to compare players from different zones. If you do points then a player in a flagging zone may come out top, on the other hand if it rations they may do badly because they suicide rush a lot. Even between zone of the same type you may come into problems, different settings will give varying scores which you cannot cross compare.

AhmedF there is something a bit selfish about this IMO. You may have a grievance against the community and believe yourself that this game is dead but many people do not share your opinions. If you no longer wish to be a part of this game.. Fine If you want to spead your poinions throughout the community.. Fine But taking a central community website ans turing it into a a way to assist the downfall of this game to suit your views is a tad too far IMO. If you clearly want nothing more to do with this game then why not give the domain to someone who does care about this game? By doing this you only take away the joy of this game from the rest of us and divert anyone away that finds that website, hardy fair to the rest of us.

There is also a major element of people just coming straight here and blowing things right out of proportion rather then taking another route of complaint as would be the case in many other zones. Whilst many quite !@#$%^&*ty things have happened in DS recently i doubt it is that much more then issues in other zones, only difference is on other zone people allow things to get sorted out internally rather then making front page news of it as a first course of action.

Hopefully dissersion will pick up pace again soon, whilst .39 will be nice i think its clearly time for a new project to take over the upkeep of the game, unless that is priitK returns full time and does it...
