forums on here sometimes get bored and decide to move to be close to other friends. They do it at random times which makes them quite close to keep track of. By the closeness of general and spam & trash id say they are dating.

may be a long shot but have you run a trace in CTM? perhaps there is a router nearby playing up or something. ANyway if you are paying for better then that phone them. If they don't fix it leave for a new ISP.

indeed, if it wasn't for a negative income we would all have much larger armies by now and the top spot would be determined by who can make it on-line when mercs are added to buy them all as happened a while back when mercs were cheap and had 0 income.

do you have a different firewall, operating system (e. win XP or win vista) or type of user account (limited, admin) on the computer you cannot connect with compared to the one that workes ok?

its a shame you cant stop this spam by other means, there seems to be a lot of it at the moment from many people and its just annoying. Someone really needs to get this greay area cleared up so things like spamming can be dealt with properly.

could you make it send a %command correctly. I know they wont work on SC2 but people hearing the &arena a sound is included in would be a nice addition.

its not really a dispute, more of a moan about it. The SS-Wide chat issue seems to come up often as to weather a ban can be placed. It can be included in the cross-zone spamming rule but often its not directed at a partivcular zone/individual which rules out a ban for this reason. The line on this issue is quite blurred from what i understand.

If it was a local zone chat you can only really get a local ban. If it was a server-wide chat i always thought they were unmoderated.
