actually falco it will because 70 turns is a lot even when being fed by another player

massing is very effective this round, it has effectively ruined my round as the damage it does costs me more then i make in income at this point. problem is it is too cheap to do, it needs to cost at least 10 turns per atk so that you can do it every once in a blue moon, not every single day.

DTA was one of the casualties of the staff clean up we had a while back. V3 is looking good. We have had requests to go back to turf for a long time now (actually since flagging day1) and its much more in keeping with the style of DS. A lot of hard work has gone into this so I'm looking froward to it being made the public map.

why would that make a difference? and usually only running AIM, Windows Live Messenger, Thunderbird, and Firefox, uTorrent, and Sophos AV (plus all of the startup !@#$%^&*) but none of that should cause low FPS well it can. My winamp and MSN pop-up windows cause my FPS to plummet whilst they are displayed. Anything pulling on GFX power will hinder it so several thins will have a combined effect.

yeah in its day SSZ was up there and a real contender. Unfortunately the politics has changed. One thing that dioesnt help is that secruty warning that will scare the crap outta a newbie when you try to get onto a non SSC zone. I agree with ori to quite an extent there, the SSC does now get very little done and the game is in need so dome life being pushed back in. If Priit would come back to continue dev and the SSC could get things going froward without corruption we wouldn't be needing this topic as a non SSC would be able to pull the pop it needs. I do think there should be criteria met to get on SSC otherwise every clown will make a TW copy or a naff zone that clogs up the servers. WHat does need to change is how you meed the requirements. A stable pop off-SSC just isn't going to happen.

i think i may have a vague idea of how this works but i wont say anything, mostly because i'm probably wrong. sounds like a good idea though, TBH if it is what i think it is it wont be a real security risk either.

actually you can. If the stats are close enough losses from an atk can be enough to tip it, this become more true when massing is invlolved. it has to be very close indeed for this to happen though.
