best thing to do is try it and see, there its lists 2000 so use that one, if not then try the other.

thats not at all bad the numbers you have there. Those ping high are just fluctuations in the transfer rate, its the current and avarage that metter most in my opinion.

prehaps reduce the resolution you are playing at and see what that does.
