Alright folks we might as well all celebrate our first year of our forum being hosted on SSForum.net. Over 8000 posts in our first year, although I'm going to guess that half is non-sensical spam lol. This is a link to one of our first posts here, I can see that almost all predictions were proven true lol http://www.ssforum.net/index.php?showtopic=2372 We had tons of ideas for the future of HS and even though the zone was down while being converted to ASSS from our crashing bots. And one of our artistic geniuses came back to us and created some great, and some horrific LVZ (catgirls). There was once again balance restored in HS when Mr. Creativity reunited with Mr. Technical. A little later in the year the two main HS squads formed. From the remnants of Bot R Dead formed Lag Coma considering that was the newest and most annoying problem HSers had to deal with. Also BrickWarp was formed shortly after once brickwarping became a very annoying way to take a base. I think BrickWarp was the winning squad in most basing JPs There were a few annoyances during this year. Siaon/Nerusai become our zone's new SMod lol jk Neru, but seriously we had some problems with money glitches where a few fortunate people became instant billionaires, we had some rants from Gravitron, which weren't really all that annoying but some people didn't take critisim all to easy. We had Charcoal's attempt at a rigged Scabble tourny which was horribly hosted and Nike and I would have easily pwned him if he hadn't cancelled it before our game. The dream of the old spammers came reality when Wargh and PP were given their own Trash Talk forum to mod, then TGG was fired on his birthday...that was a sad moment, since they wouldn't immediatly let me take his spot. The complainers...I mean idea generating people were gived a zone dev forum to express their ideas on how they wanted the zone to be and Doc got his Blog so he can show us all that he is clearly insane. Some subarenas that were created worked out pretty well, and others are not to be spoken of lol. HsTown was successful at showcasing the lack of talent that we as players have at creating anything, but the StarFox subarena looked great and became a good place to host turf events. Eventually Nike and I were hired as mods. I was adored as a great staffer who hosted events and listened to the people, while Nike had people asking her to be fired lol. Nike is a good mod Lan's future is still up in the air considering we are entering this year just like last year, HS is down yet it is being rebuilt. I'm sure I've missed some funny stories or some important info so if you have any funny stories or something of importance that happened this year to say go ahead. Happy New Year HSers

Thats why people drink on new years eve. It lets them enter the new year with no memory of the previous one.
