As you know, a lot of 17th's threads were deleted by an abusive SysOp that MMaverick hired and MikeTheNose promoted. Is there no way to get them back? Like with some back-up files or something? Just curious.

If some zones not so long ago could go from 0 to average, I don't see why we can't do the same. We even have a base and a history, and not to mention the perfect theme to help us. It's up for staff to take advantage of those things, BUT OF COURSE.. NOT EVERYONE IS THAT GIFTED..

Yes, it seems zone managements (not just in 17th) don't understand the important role that a ranking system would play.

i doubt youd do any such thing. but its just a matter of security, and nothing more. I don't doubt it, heshe kept 17th dead for a long time, not allowing it to develop. I consider that like trying to choke it. Heshe could've done more damage, but heshe still wouldn't let it develop, which obviously made things worse for 17th. Murderer! To let someone who isn't even from 17th and never plays 17th have the power to influence the zone (that they don't really know a thing about in the first place) is a mistake that Mike and other past SysOps have repeated multiple times. And please let's not forget that it was MMaverick who hired this !@#$%^&*. MMAVERICK! Those 2 shouldn't even have had the power to do anything except what they were hired to do: make some bug filled 10-minute cheap !@#$%^&* !@#$%^&*ing bots, most of which we didn't even really need to have 17th functioning. Why? Because they're obviously not qualified for leading this zone. Otherwise they wouldn't have quit on 17th like they did. And I only named 2 examples.. Let the bashing continue.. please..

1. A game of.. current pub. 2. Blue 3. Bomber 4. FlagCap 5. SpeedFlag There's so many other events that haven't been hosted in so long. You should take opportunities like scheduled events when a lot of people usually show up, to host them. JWL or Elim shouldn't even be an option because those events got no problem of getting hosted anyways. And ?go league blows. The best gameplay for that type of game would be the traditional 17th pub map. Just my 2 öre.
