Try a system scan than a defrag.

Download and run spybot Search and Destory. Run and remove any spyware that doesn't come from microsoft products. Directly after that run your virus scanner. Reboot and run continuum under a new name.

reboot your computer. Close down programs: iTunesHelper.exe Save.exe MsnMsgr.Exe iPodService.exe Run Continuum.exe fail? Rename continuum.exe to something like continuum2.exe, reboot, run it. fail? Tell us.
