Can someone explain the base duel commands? I would like to learn BD. I understand the part of choosing a freq 50-60 or a private freq but don't understand the command formats. !ch = challenge but then the rest ( 5b2 ) etc loses me. many thanks

HopOne, Level 3 and my ISP Fairpoint Communications tell me it's not their problem. Desperately looking for someone at the SS end to call HopOne and complain, as they are their customer. About 5 days ago, I started getting specced a lot. I viewed the trace and hop 11, the last hop before I reach the game server is showing a 99% loss. I get DSL from Fairpoint Communications, so I called tech support. They told me it wasn't their problem, and suggested I call Level 3 ( A large company that provides a backbone). I called Level 3 in Denver, and they told me that I needed to call Fairpoint, and have Fairpoint call them with the problem, so I called Fairpoint back, and they told me they have no idea what I'm talking about and could offer no help whatsoever. So....I'm hoping this post will reach either an owner or a sysop of the SS server and they can take some action to try to correct this problem. Here's the trace... I downloaded Continuum on a new PC and it will not start. This PC is new to me, so all the MS updates are done. When I double-click on the Continuum icon, nothing happens. And there is nothing listed in EventViewer, it doesn't acknowledge that the program was accessed. No help in Doctor Watson either, it simply doesn't open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, and removed all entries in the registry as well, to no avail. I can double-click on the exe file until "the cows come home" and nothing happens.
