Javwar Intro This is the 3rd javwar league held in 17thparallel,we hope you will enjoy this league and bids you loads of fun and hopefully tough compe!@#$%^&*ion as well. Signup If you want to play in Javwar League you MUST sign your Squad up or APPLY to join your Squad at www.league.nu Click on j17thparallel javwar in the corner and follow the instructions or ask a staffer to help you through it. You start by creating your player profile and submit it, then you check your inbox and confirm the registration now you can log in and create your squad or apply to join a already created squad, When submitting a squad the league coordinator will approve your squad into the league after that you can start to invite your squaddies to join. YOU MUST APPROVE them after they apply to join your squad. If you apply to join your squad, the Squad owner need to approve you into the squad after you been approved your in and don’t need to do anything further unless if you quit the league or change squad. Gameplay Javwar is a 5vs5 Squad Elimination played in Javelins. Each player has 20 deaths and will be removed to spec when out. You are allowed to use subs anytime during the game, but wont be allowed to change sub every minute and the player that subs in MUST be on Squad roster and legal to play in order to get into the game. The person who subs will get the deaths from the person he/she subbed for without any penalty. You need at least 3 players to be able to play. League Style All squad will play each other once winning squads will be given 3 points at each win, then Elimination rounds starts, which means your out if you lose. First Elimination round will not be completely random, Matches will be set up to Eliminate those squads who never shows or has problem with getting players to show there will be given 3 points to winning squads (another group can be set up for those squads who is starting up or facing other problems, where the compe!@#$%^&*ion wont be as hard, if there is a interest for it, this is not meant as discrimination but as a help to those squads) 2nd Elimination round will divide the squads competing further. Matches will be set up so squad with most points will play the squad with 3rd most points and so on and will continue that way till 2 squads are remaining in the compe!@#$%^&*ion. Before the final can take place the owners of the 2 remaining squads must decide what type of game they want. A) single elimination style best of 3 style And inform the coordinator who will schedule the match/matches. If 2 or more squads holds same number of points, the coordinator will see the squads who got most deaths as the weakest and schedule after that. General Rules Rules might change a bit during first round and first elimination round, but wont change after 2nd Elimination round starts Do not multi squad or let other play using your name, If your caught multi-squadding you wont be allowed to play further in the league, if someone uses your name who also plays in Javwar you both will be removed from the league, if the person doesn’t compete in Javwar only you will be removed. No warnings will be given. We all know lag can be very annoying, you can play with 250 ping as max ping and no ploss above 2% will be accepted. The host will check lag randomly during the game, if you by some reason should be just under or above the limit the host will inform you that your ping is high and recheck your ping after 2 minutes, if your ping is higher than limit you will get told to reconnect or find a sub, you have 2 minutes from then to fix your lag. Each player has 3 lag outs, after that you wont be allowed back into the game, regardless if your ping suddenly dropped to 30. Extreme spiking can get you removed from the game until reconnecting, spiking such as hopping around on the map or fly through walls. The host is to be obeyed at all times, har!@#$%^&*ing a host will lead to a silence or ban during the game. Har!@#$%^&*ing players during game in private messages or through squad messages will lead to a silence, if that doesn’t help further actions will be taken. In the meantime in spec chat Delic is telling sentimental love stories about BOB,everyone laffs and makes fun of him. The new owner gets tired of the prizing and gives it back to Mike,as the enemy freq decides that they are tired of kents bricking them and half the freq changes to sharks and begin to hunt him down,then very unexpected

As kent runs out of bricks he starts thinking about suicide as he greens like a madman while he flees from delic aswell. Im pretty bored,just got home from school and the zone i abit empty..sooo. I know the add on stories have been done before,but i feel like starting a new one. The rules is simple,you continue the storie where someone stoped and please keep it sober. Once upon a time in 17thparallel Delic entered public,he jumped in his jav riight away and started flying around. Suddendly he noticed something comming fast at him on his radar,he thinks fast and then decides to slow down to see who the follower is Delic> o.O Delic> JOOON i missed you soo much he throws a decoy after epox in affection and spins his jav flirtingly around and dosent notice other enemie ships are comming closer.

We do listen DKR,but you are not the only player in here and how odd you might find it,they dont nessarely like what you like. We also know know we cant please everyone but are also trying to find a crossroad that can please more than just the ppl that -*BAD WORD*- loudest. Nurples #mummy map is a good map,unfortanly alot disliked it was pub for a week or so pernille

no to both of the questions. the wierd thing is that on a few of the zones i traced there seems like there is no problem.

I got a problem after i switched from ADSL to cable. everything worked fine before,but now almost every zone is dead for me. i tryed formating calling isp who claims they cant do anything about it.so im wondering if anyone know if i can do something myself to fix it,cause its quite anoying. pernille

When zeke changed the settings i really hated it, i mean he ruined "my" ship. And your right maka he diddent listen to many players while he created it,or so it seemed,but i will still defend him.Alot of players gave him alot of imput wich he worked from,sure not all wishes could be forfilled i mean there are only 8 ships. He did the changes in a period where pop was extreemly low over a longer period. Like it or not it was needed,like vile (i think it was) said,if he diddent made thoes changes you would have no zone to -*BAD WORD*- about today,not 17th atleast. The changes he made,made newbies come to the zone wich was badly needed,and it dosent require a genius to see that. So for the zone the changes were good. Another thing,delic you said we lost pop cause nurples uploaded #mummy. I played back then also,well sure ppl whined but i dont remember anyone leaving cause it wasent up that long really,but i also remember some of the vets you said left cause of this wanted #mummy back cause they actualy loved it,wich leads me to what nbv wote about dire and eo.You hate them while they are here,but love them when they are gone. I still belive most ppl want old settings back cause it somehow reminds them of the newbie days where pub was full of fun players new and exciting and so on,but it isnt only settings and map that makes the game fun it is also the players who play's. Saying we dont listen or care is wrong,if we just do as we want belive me,there would had been more changes. We try to improve things,but we also need imput like rixta wrote,we cant use "this sucks,this is lame" etc for anything cause mostly we dont know what your talking about + if its only a few players like 3-5 then the changes most likely wont happen Like 6-7 month ago i uploaded a very old jav in rumble by request from "vets" the old jav diddent last 48 hours before players incl vets wanted it changed back cause it did to much damage,so damage was fixed back. That only tells me,yes maybe some players want old sets back but they also forgot how old sets are they do hurt. Maybe a old set weekend would be possible at a time,but not right now Why are leagues doing so bad? Well i dont know how it was when 17th started with leagues cause either i diddent play at that time or i was to busy in pub to notice,when i started playing leagues there were many squads,newbie and vet squads and it was fun.now the leagues are shadow of it self i agree on that but i dont think its cause of the setting change. Some players left some squads dissolved alot of new squads were created.The problem with leagues as i see it aint the lack of squads but lack of players showing up for newbie squads. We do have a lower pop atm but i think it is cause many are busy with exams cause in weekends we still have 50+ sometimes more wich we had on reg weekdays before this exam period started,so i dont think that should be seen as a problem yet. pernille

We are wondering if the interest would be big enough for a soccer tournament. The rules will be simple and game rules will be just as in pub. It wont be squad based,but players will form their own teams with people they think they play well with. There will be prizes for the winners,different prizes for most goals most assist most steals and such. The event could be played anytime during the week. pernille

It is not like it is a big crime that a staff member dosent know about all player commands,everything is not black and white. The way you put it is like players who never owned a squad should not be staff cause they dont know the player commands for squad owners,and usualy ppl dont bother about commands before they need them,i really doubt the first thing players do is to read the player commands and learn them. Did you figure out yourself what ER> stands for or do you know it cause you heard someone mention it? I dont think people looks stupid cause they ask about things they dont know,it would be more stupid to not ask and only guess. Even staff forget commands sometimes,the ones that a person rarely uses like how to ban for a few days or edit a ban etc and it dont make them look bad to ask in my eyes. pernille

I dont think it was or is a waste of time. It wasent only about finding a new map but about fun aswell. The friday thing will hopefully get back soon,but we are working on a few things that needs to be in order first pernille

I been wondering if it would be possible to make ban and banfree to work better toghether ala when you banfree a name you add the ban id aswell so when the ban is over the banfree go away. It can be pretty anoying when you try to clean the banfree list and you have no clue what bans they are related with etc. pernille

Usualy names that are offending will get banned (the name only),but mods cant do that and would simpley just ban the person. I will look through the log to see if procedure was followed. And about sadman insane,when i say sadman it dosent sound like sadam in my ears,maybe its cause of my accent i dont know,and it dosent look like sadam.
