I had resolution problem, where no resolutions are available, however your post did not help. But this one did That's from another message board.. I began having this problem when I switched from my default XP user name to administrator user name. SS was installed under default user name. I bet it has something to do with some sort of setting that arent' being copied, and doing what suggested above regenerates those settings or something.
