Well, I don't want to seem like i'm ranting or anything, but lately, Hyperspace has been on the fall. Every morning fewer and fewer people play while places like EG, and Trench wars grow and grow. I even found a few Hyperspace people in diffrent arenas all day because of "lack of interest in Hyperspace" Yesterday we were basing for about 2 hours and everyone was complaining "God, this is boring, I seriously can't take this anymore" It seems while we are getting more and more people to join, we are having less and less active players within the Zone. So, I ran a few ideas by people and now I am going to have a poll. It seems a lot of people are: 1) Interested in all bases being re-made -->(besides only 1, 6, and 5 are used anymore) 2) a Full-Out reset -->(up to The brain) 3) Both so just poll your answer and stick around to argue against/for me on this.

I think you would agree that everyone would benefit if the bank had more uptime than not. You've misread my tone. I'm trying to give legitimate suggestions to the HS community, not complaining. Rather, your sarcastic tone is far from helpful. I am suggesting that even a free game can strive for professional standards. I consider this game and the services provided by HS and its staff as privileges, so I am not demanding better treatment as if they were my rights. I am just offering my two cents, and again, you're misreading my tone, !@#$%^&*uming that I'm coming from a hostile position, which I'm not. Where have I implied that the idea was not considered and that it would be simple and quick to make? Perhaps you're the one making the false !@#$%^&*umption? I'm suggesting ethical standards. If ethics is not your concern, just say it. It would be helpful if you consider the legitimate points I've made. 1. ZB-Bank is not open 24/7. If players deposit their money, they should be able to get their money back whenever they want, like an ATM machine. It is extremely frustrating when a player needs money and ZB-Bank is not online. If you can't get it online as often, then please don't have a bank at all. Even real life banks have to close on the weekends. 2. Mods are far from being professional and friendly. I have seen on numerous occasions when a player complains or suggests something and a mod just slaps them down, usually something rude as well. Despite the players' poor at!@#$%^&*udes at time, the mod should still be professional and friendly. Believe it or not, this helps the zone grow and keeps the players coming back. (offensive)I agree, although it sometimes is a frustrating job to run Hyperspace AND keep us knuckleheads inline. I still think mods should be courteous and friendly. Even when confronted with a rather rude remark, a mod should smile and just give them an "eff you" behind their screens, not to us. sf is nice unless your a "OMFG SF YOU #@$ LISTEN TO ME" (defensive)And Hs players aren't nice to mods. 3. Lack of updates on F1 and server news. I raised in pub that the new ?Attach should be included in some do!@#$%^&*ent so that a beginner could access them. As in the previous point made, I was met with negative responses from the mods. They simply said that newbs wouldn't read f1 or server news. I would argue that some do and that a zone which keeps its do!@#$%^&*entation updated is a better zone than one which does not. At least say something like "ok we'll add in the near future" instead of "no we don't need it", in other words, "your suggestion is useless". Again, I would feel more at home if the mods were more professional. These are things that need to be trained. Someone on the higher rung of the HS staff needs to train the lower-level staff certain codes of conduct--is there even one in place? I don't think so. f1 should be re-done, and updated daily. When I first joined I went through f1, before and after resets, because I learned about them from playing in eg. Disproving the "noobs won't use them" because some of us do you use, and mods should consider THAT population of HS. 4. If Dr. Brain has to abuse to help an uneven freq to come back, then that means the frequency system is not working well. Too often we see "stacked freqs". Is there a way to install a freq evener which factors in player's EXP? The equation could be something like... if one freq has more players than the other OR if one freq's total exp is XXX more than the other freq, then switch however many players so that the total exp of each freq is about the same, making the minimal amount of player changes... ahh, that's a little complicated to implement. Its hard to use a ratio system on teams because it wouldn't be a simple system, And it would have to be stuck into the coding where it would do no harm to the original coding. I tihnk it's a great idea, it just needs more thought into it. 5. Too many scamming bots. There needs to be regulation and limit on the number of bots that can blatantly cheat players' moneys. The odds of winning are not even close to that of a real casino. Since you can easily lose all the money you ?give, it makes the bots highly unfair. There's a point where a casino becomes unethical instead of playing on gambler's greed and desire to risk within reasonable, ethical boundaries. I bet 13k once and got 605 back ^__^ But, I did it because I could. Bot are made to make the owners money, and if you play, you play at your own risk. 6. Consumables do not promote fast-paced flagging. Before consumables were introduced, there was a lot more rushing because players could afford to do so. Thors are easily spammed, Hence the higher prices. And since SO MANY people did it, you had to go to base 8 to by it,and you can't buy it in bulk. hmmm... you really didnt make that obvious that you wanted to be mod. Being a mod would be fun because it gives people a chance to prove their usefullness AND responsibility. Oh, and if that was a sarcastic mark... I don't see anywhere where I asked to be a mod or even hinted to wanting it.

I'd also like a command name to replace ?shipinfo #. It'll show all ships at once and also contain damage info. I'm just not sure what to call it. ?statusreport --> ?status EDIT: Status is easier and I don't think it's being used by mods or by normal rank HS players.

There are never mods on during the day, hence, most of us get away with cursing and "un-legit" Kill trading. I should know, I used to be a kill trader and all sorts of crap before reset. It is beyond easy peasy to do. Edit: I never ever kill traded on stibbymicto, Exolity+, or RUbix Kub3. Stibbymicto was my favorite account, Everyone seemed to like the diffrent personality Ibrought on it. and a few mods actually enjoyed my presence, So when I played as Stibby, I played on a diffrent computer.

Okay, Well I agree with f3ar, I know HS mods have the right to keep any and all secrets to themselves and their superiors.

Eh, You never really know what the mods are thinking =D But I agree, There either aren't any constructive people in the zone who the mods see as "going places" Or they just don't care xD (doubtful) But, I think they should recruit 1 (or 2) people who literally have "no life" who can be present and as vigilent as Sharpflame on coffee. Lol, I have to go apologize to Dr Brain for emailing him my complaints But anywho, Yeah, I did that the second f3ar told me it was possible. so f7 works for me just fine. Besides, Hyperspace is a free zone, which means it isn't Democracy, Its a Braintatorship!
