you seem to forget, as the rest of society in general has(sheep) , that at one point in time. a larger more stout wife was more desireable then some skinny little twig. im not talking obese, just large, defenetly "overweight". a female by mediacal standards today that would be considered a healthy woman, would have been considered a sickly one in lets say midevil days. a larger woman is tougher, more able to do strenious chores and that require lifting heavy objects. and most of all, will be able to handle pumping out the kids, large sons. mind you. its all standards set by society. apt to change even beforeyou realise. and while where judging other ppls norms as compared to our own........ for every fat american woman, i could show a euro with f*ked up teeth. whose a famous actor.

psp will !@#$%^&*emble frames? i couldnt figure out how. enlighten me. ps. ill have it up'd by like 3pm today at the latest. just gonna do smor error trapping, and testing it out. basicaly, i only programmed it out of need. and would stop once it worked for what i needed it to. been many others. i have alot that do only 36x36 images, but are more talored to ss. this one tho, will work with all sizes of images. ive also got in the works a shipset builder type thing, that lets you have like as many ship sets as you want in diff folders, then you can choose from all those ship sets and with a click or two, make a whole new set real quick. basically that was made out of need to, but evolved into something pretty functional like this.

heres a shot of proggie i use alot for ss realted doings. basicaly ya point it a folder and pick how many rows and it will slap a whole bunch of individual bmp frames together into one large one. its pretty fast. and is no frills. itll do shipsets up real nice and fast from the raw frames quite possibly a tad buggy. but if you feed it the right images it works nice barfs on larger stuff 6000+ dunno why in no super programer. as you navigate the folders it shows a sample of the first frame in the folder. and itll let you revers the order. it has one purpose really. not sure what you ppl use, any interest?

glad you got it going. i went to go look at the sweex site. but as i kinda figured it was all in erm....dutch? something like that. im no linguist. anyway i couldnt make heads or tails out of the manual. or really did i even know what presise model you had. but a router is a router is a router it boggled me a bit that it wasnt werkin.

you need to figure out what ip the router is !@#$%^&*igning your pc. then you need to forward the zones port and the zonesport +1 UDP example: some zone ip: ***.**.***.*** port:2000 router !@#$%^&*igned 64.***.***.1 to your pc which you figured out by either entering the routers setup pages or checkin out your connections in winxp. so then on the routers forwarding page. ya see something like such ip: 64.***.***.1 port:2000 protcol:UDP ip: 64.***.***.1 port:2001 protcol:UDP then it should work for that zone. you would need to do that for each zone you want to play in. dont disable any firewalls. you shouldnt have to.

well that fills my subspace knowledge quota for the day. heh i too have been around fer a good bit. and have notced this in gameplay. but always just !@#$%^&*ociated it with lag and whatnot. in which i wasnt far off when ss was fresh one must member that most other games around only supported like 16-32 players at the same time. fully loaded chaos was quite a specticle to witness. and one almost subconsiously allowed for these strange occurances. at least i have over time. nothing suprises me anymore, as i am sure is quite mutual among the long timers(eating, clouds of long range bombs that seem like they are hitting all over radar but are never even really seen by the nme). but i am now enlighetned as well. thnks

remove everything !@#$%^&*ociated with the AC 97 sound from the device manager. restart puter...dont let windows load. bring up the bios right away and disable the onboard sound and the on board game port if you see such an option(if your lt has one). then restart the computer(save changes and exit). let windows load. and it shouldnt find any new devices !@#$%^&*ociated with sound. cept maybe the gameport if its got one(serial) look in the device manage to verify. restart and enter the bios and enable the on board ac97 sound & game port again and restart the computer. windows XP shouldnt need any driver disc for ac97 sound or the rudimentary controler support when it finds it. (i dont think) you may be having some interupt problems. why this would suddenyl occur unless you recently changed something is beyond me...but hey this is windows were talking about, on a lt to boot. eheh worth a go maybe. sounds like youve done tryed all the update your driver junk. thats what i would try you could get some diag proggies to maybe give ya hint as well. like SIS sandra. it gives you quite a bit of tech info about your puter's status.

use maxblast (maxtors dos partioning utility) to remove the par!@#$%^&*ions then do a low level format from a bootdisk/ramdrive. then run maxblast again to set some nice new par!@#$%^&*ions and then reinstall win. moving os files around with a par!@#$%^&*ion program is shaky at best imho. c:root 5gigs d:programs and games 10gigs e:media 5gigs then you will have a nice happy puter. bu go on and mangle it up if you want

yes yes it doesnt pay to forget the inumarable amount of things that have some chemical or element dirived from FF's in one way or another. but it also doesnt pay to forget, its not all about using something totaly new to smooth out the effect any shortage of oil would have. its also about using the limited amount in a more constrained fashion. cars today get close to same amount of horsepower using about 1/3 the amount of fuel as earlier I.C.E. vehicles. the thing is, nobody at this point would want to be seen driving an electric vehicle. that will all change. theres an ez way to gauge the severity of the problem. if more than half of the next years new cars use alternative methods of power, then start to worry. the car manufacturers wont produce cars that wont sell. and they know the oil market very well, know that. its not about questions, which you seem to have very many, its about answers, which you seem to have very few. recycling will take on whole new meanings. just think of the sheer number of things in this world made of plastic. and only after hundreds of thousands years does the stuff decompose. its not going anywhere. its about better recycling and smart power usage. right down to motion triggered lights, and electric lawn mowers. and thats the problem. people do what they have to or are driven to do by desire and nothing more. people are content to sit idle up until the brink of doom, and then act in need. but dont underestimate the ability behind that need.

mr.madhaha, yes yes, good good, your respone is quite refreshingly thought out as per usual. and no doubt you know way more about the subject then me. but i always see the light at the end of the tunnel. easy to find oil in the ocean? yes. exspesive yes. its more like the price of gas goes up, merely because the expense of extracting it is that much greater. how much more could it cost. im too lazy to do all that research. so well just over-guestimate. lets say it costs 3 times as much to fill one barrel of oil from an offshore site, than from a land based one. i just paid 1.60 (usd per gallon) for 6 gallons of gas for my dodge neon. i get 25-36 mpg depending on how i drive when i go back and forth to work with it. thats just about enough gas to get me to work all week long. so instead i would have had to pay 4.80pg for the same amount of fuel. thats about not because its supply is limited. but because it will take alot more effort to get it. thats 28 bucks to go at a minimum 150 miles. and its maybe about 15 miles to where i work. 30 miles a day minimum. its going to cost me 18 dollars more per week, 72 per month, 864 for the year. an easily bugeted number. er relatively i suppose. if 900$ is alot for ya. just means A) your either going to have to get a better job to pay for your I.C.E. vehicle. B)or get an electric one. 90 mpg cutting your cost of fuel more than in half. and those numbers are way off, due to the combined ratio of the ff still coming from land. thats the largest impact i can honestly see coming from a demand for oil. and over the slow treading of the years....like i said, until it becomes common place. you wont even look twice at an electric vehicle, or a factory with a huge solar panel extending way into the sky if it where possible for all the FF on earth to be total exhausted in like one year, i might be able to percieve any sort of political shockwave or some type of disaster or degridation of society due to the lack of oil. THAT is optimism. what you think the pumps are going to all dry up in like an instant and they will stand there and say "oh -*BAD WORD*-, i guess we are all out?" there will be no "suddenly finding out" other than in war.

tsk tsk, always the pesemist mad. of course we are going to run out of things we use faster then they can be created. the question is when. consider the current access methods to large amounts of oil. mainly all from land sources. dry land. here and there they have those off shore stations. but not nearly as many as you will see in the future. i guarentee you that. and i forget the ratio, but its daunting. the earth is like 1/8th land. or sum shet like that. there is much demand to be satisfied as long as the public is willing to sacrifice the well being of the ocean and recieve later side effects from that. and everyones big ole suv with a v8 tells me that they are. 30 years? those guys are like worse case scenario. global warming and never ending storms? now thats a differant story, but not some catastrophic event. the rising of the tides to new heights and the flooding of lowlands will occour alot more frequently over many a years if it is in fact the effect descibed in the theory. on the other hand tho, dont forget the scale of cosmic happenings. the sheer complexinty of all the elements involved in the heating of the earth is immense. for all we know the entire solar system could move into some position in the universe where it gets alot less average amount of light from surrounding star systems than what is normal. and presto ice-age. who can really say. of course you really have to believe that the earth is not the "center of universe" to really allow yourself to picture that. what is a number worth when you are selling infinity?

seems like most of the time most studies such as these seem to just totaly ignore the human capacity to adapt to any enviorment. in ancient times this was done by molding yourself the static surroundings and habitat. this was acceptible cuss for the most part the lifestyle of living creatures was the same across the entire globe. in the present it is done by molding the surroundings to fit your ever changing needs and desires. point, you cant really know what will happen. even basing your thoughts on statistcal information from the present about what would be needed and what could be done about it. when they really need to. people find a way. a way which seems obvious such as perhaps nuclear energy would appear to some. it becomes second nature. i wouldnt fret over a power crisis or fuel shortage. if anything like that occurs in our productive lifetimes. it will be due to war. and when gas gets like 10$ a gallon, you will see ALOT of electric vehicles, which in turn would take a huge load off of the demand for the FF themsleves. back to that whole adapt thing. or something like that....

you can try jpgs and gifs as well, but by the time you get around to making that jpg look as good as the bitmap, its the same size as the bitmap hehe and gifs tend to horribly shred your colors. relative to the pallete used/program used to convert. if your ships dont contain much but basic colors, then 8-bit 256 color RLE bmp will get you the smallest size and best quality. if ya got lotsa colors tho, just leave em raw, unless mayhap you have a slow pc the raw highcolor bmps will simply just look better to a miniscule degree. and compress pretty well for sharing em. a slow HD will tell you its not happy as well.

what pray tell would you define as an innocent person. dont take this in any literal sense. but free your mind. are these "innocent" civilians and thier fathers the same ones that allowed thier contries to reach such a awful state of decay and allow OBVIOUSLY CORRUPT leaders to gain control of them like they are just sheep? these "innocent" civilians that are so un-educated they will blindly follow? so then after thier own ignorace leads them down a path to foolishness and poverty. with borderline insane leaders. leaders that are not fit to rule. but what are a bunch of un-educated heathens gonna do about it? steps in big brother to fix the problem created by those very same "innocent" victims. i dont say this out of malice or hate. mearly a differant view. which i may or may not really believe myself. ignorace is not an excuse. if your not part of the solution then your part of the problem. post thought..... for an example...a pretty undeniable one. imagine for a moment that the US and your country of origin are at war. does that make you an innocent civilian in my eyes? do i become one in yours? what does history show us? -*BAD WORD*- no, you are the NME, even if you are Joe friggin Blow the candle maker. that what history shows us. is that right? is that fair? is that even sane? well whatever. you decide. thats the way things are. thats humanity. there is no good answer. which makes it quite a good debate.

alas you fail to provide a valid point and see only the text you want. the fact remains that no large or low scale nuclear devices have been used in an act of war in many years. woopitie doo so theve been desgning them and bulding them. thats still not using them. good try tho. to skirt the real issue here.

furthurmore the two tactics are nothing alike whatsoever. a nuclear strike would most likely have the intent of killing a massive number of people all at once. bang gone. no recovery, no rebuild, dead, gone. hundreds of thousands if not millions gone in the blink of an eye. radioactive weaponry on the other hand, may have long term side effects, but its outright effect is nothing even close to what even a small warhead by todays standards would do. not to mention the fallout from such an event doing all those things that the s-*BAD WORD*-s did, only on a much larger scale.

techincaly, no the us doesnt qualify as an empire. for the US to be an empire. ole george would have the final say on everything. which he obviously does not, cuss his bills dont p!@#$%^&* and the states themselves have alot of say about what goes on inside of thier local political and justice system. an "empire" is ruled by an "emporer" who has supreme rule. SUPREME. no ifs and or buts. un-technicaly you could call it one if you want tho i suppose. name one occurace where a nuke has been used recently in an act of war..... they where used once what 40+ years ago? and the reality of the usage of weapons like that sunk in pretty deep and they havent used a single weapon like that since. so no, nukes are not used in modern warfare. and they are not viewed as viable methods of destuction, or they would have been using them all along. if im wrong prove and point me to a legit news site that has an article about the use of nukes in modern warfare and some example of occurances. then ill concede that point. uranium depleted s-*BAD WORD*-s dont count. im talking about a real live warhead going off. hasnt happened as far as i know. sure hope i wouldnt miss something like that hehe

nukes are just simply not a viable solution. even if like dirty bombs start going off in major cities. i highly doubt a nuke respone would occur. but alot less care might start to get taken about civ. casualties from the conventional weaponry. ie even slightly supsected targets would get hit just cuss. maybe if some kind of warhead went off in like la, or ny. that much destruction would be a serious threat to the stability of the country. who knows what they will do when its at defcon whateva. playing out the nuclear strike respone manual to the T. like was said...pie.

its hard to even contemplate what could happen. us humans tend to base all our speculation around things that are past. and this is good. but the problem here is that there is really nothing that has quite this scenerio of events. decay? ide say thats the entire world as a whole right there. and why? whos to say. i totaly concur that the situation is totaly screwy. but i dont see darkness at the end of the tunnel. the US is too much of an intergral part of the whole world at this point to really have any major fear of attack from educated countries, or to have some kind of social uprising. your forgeting how young america is. its what happens when everyone from all over the planet comes and thinks together. you become powerful with knowledge. your power makes you enemies. imho the real problem here is religion. I mean the people that actually are on the hitting end of those terrorist attacks(as opposed to the leaders) totaly believe that the US is evil, and must be destroyed in the face of god. The only type of people that are a threat are people that will kill for "god", and the people that brain wash them into doing it. in the name of... or whatever. these type of people need to be......corrected. then maybe the whole world could focus their attention on some more postive things like more food, and cleaner air. etc. whilst i realize that the chances of puttin a total stop to it are somewhere beyond infinity. keep them running. and when they are running, they are not organized enough to attack. you cant run forever. poor ole saddam.
