I like the idea of loaning a lot especially with the lancs. however, the new updates that brain has put in have seem to make players like to lanc now. Also, would you be able to use a ship with a signature even if you don't have the required exp to even buy it?

Gar, we haven't seen you in the longest time and within the first day of you coming back you have lit up this forum with nothing but pointless crying. These changes are making the zone more fun. You have missed out on the 2 months were we haven't had ANY privs and before that it was ONE person privates. Those weren't fun because we couldn't center with our friends. This change has brought joy to those that want to have fun in center and gives us a break from basing.

phaser isn't really base friendly.. although you can always sell for the price you bought and just get pulse for the time being...

i like the fast flag games the most. they aren't boring anymore and before they lasted WAY to long. now they are over in like 10-20 minutes and when you get a good group of people they are repeatedly over with in minutes. it's a great way to make money and keeps the game fast paced and fun (although i don't play daily so it's still fresh and fun when i do get to play it).

naba, mini only thrives on the weaker freq feeding the mouth of the mini. i was able to talk my freq from going to the enterance and instead start bombing the bottom tunnel from the outside. it only took about 4 minutes after that for all the others to come out and fight in the center. the only reason the mini is liked because that is the easiest place to leach from everyones bty.

use to be able to do that, acer. i believe it was mat couthon that did that in a spider and got like 600+ bty each time he did it. but i also agree that there shouldn't be any delays when using it. 450k should allow you to use it freely without restrictions besides resetting bty and not allowing use with flags. the delay and engine failure should be removed because they only affect the user and has no affect on anybody else. plus when you pay that much for an item the quality should be appropriately matched.

to tell you the truth, this past weekend was the first time i played with the new changes and i actually enjoyed it. having only pub freqs at times was annoying depending on who you were teamed with, but it forced more fg's in the 2 days that i played than i have seen in the past month or two when i would bop in from home. bounty in the center was a cool idea but i think the best part about this change was the buy/sell on bombs and guns. i was able to do different set ups that i would not have originally thought of due to loss of money. no privs have made a big difference in the atmosphere of the zone and i believe that its a positive change (sorry mm >.<).

and this is why you fail. i had a lot of fun with my lanc last reset and it was worth every dollar i spent. if i had the time and money to remake it then i would in a heart beat, but i only play for a couple hours a week now. also, if you had enough $ to make one why not? you probably have all the ships you want by now and i highly doubt you'll ever save for a 3m item.
