ahh...hourly....hmm...the first and last place I was working hourly (actually my first job!) was at a krispy kreme....holy crap did I absolutely hate that job!

prove that you have grown within the company / organization and that you show future improvements to thus not only increase revenue but work ethic. Not only amongst yourself but in others if you work with, or have people below you. With that said, I've been raised from 65k to 85k within 6 months...its possible, you need to strive for perfection and give your employer reason to do so
