Anyone got any romantic recipes?
LostAndNotFound replied to Incomplete's topic in General Discussion
Fettuccine alfredo and grilled chicken with some french bread. The sauce is really easy to make and everything for the meal can be picked up at Wal-Mart. All you need is a single unscented candle and a cheap gl!@#$%^&* candle holder. If you're able to buy alcohol then get a bottle of wine. The wine choice really depends on taste. If you're not sure what to buy then Google "wine pairing" or something similar. If you're like me and my girlfriend and don't drink then just pick up some sparkling grape juice. Go to your local health food store (In Texas we have a place called Central Market) and get a bottle of grape seed oil. Have a few bath towels set aside in the living room. One for her to lay on and one rolled up for her head. Google some massage tips. Go to Wal-Mart or Target and pick up a package of tea light candles. I'd go for something that isn't super strong if you want scented. I usually go for the fresh linen scented ones. Make a mixed CD of jazz or classical (whatever you and your girl like). Litter the bathroom with the candles and set the radio on low and draw a hot bath. If your tub is big enough for two then by all means get in there with her, if it's not then just sit with her while she soaks. I made my own bubble bath but if you're not willing to put in that much effort then buy something. Make sure you have the leftover wine/juice available. Fresh fruit is always nice. Cantaloupe or strawberries and whipped cream. Feed her while she soaks. Pack all of this into one night and she's sure to appreciate the effort. ::wink wink:: Edit: If you're simply wanting to cook her a nice meal and that is all then followup with some strawberry shortcake. I prefer the whipped cream that you whip yourself. If you're wanting to get lucky then make sure you make something that is light on the tummy. And forgive my mindset, I always write stuff with Americans in mind. I don't know any foreign shops. -
I have nothing to add to the conversation. I simply like to make a post and sign it every time I see Sketter make a post and put his alias at the bottom. Regards, Brandon (Insert some random nonsense here)

Why did you leave out the part where y'all start making out? It reminds me of MadTV. -

A freak storm just passed through Texas. My mom said it dropped around 7-8 inches of snow in her area. They called it thundersnow. I'm in Arkansas right now and the storm will be here soon. My friend took a few pictures of the snowball he made. He's 6'5" - 230 and pretty strong. He wasn't able to push it anymore. He called a buddy of ours over to help move it. The buddy is 6'2" - 340 and he's about the break the 1,000 lbs deadlift barrier. That should be a big snowball when they're done. http://img232.imageshack.us/img232/5467/picture002sc8.jpg Friend's sister made a snowperson. http://img230.imageshack.us/img230/8190/yayysnownb5.jpg I told her it looks like it has testicles on its chin. I think it's supposed to be a goatee. Update: http://img169.imageshack.us/img169/7562/giantsnowballgi7.jpg They weren't able to move it anymore. They even brought over the little brother (guy on top) of the guy on the right.

Meh. I am aware that it's his domain and he can do whatever he pleases. I just don't think it's right that everyone is so quick to jump on rootbear's !@#$%^&* when he does something similar. I know Polix wasn't breaking his own rules or anything of that nature, I just think that if rootbear were to do the same thing then certain people would be all over him.
-
Why do y'all !@#$%^&* at rootbear for spamming when Polix basically did the same thing? He created five threads all within 15 minutes of each other. Each thread was a link to a news article (well, besides the youtube one). Why couldn't he have just condensed it all into one thread? He created a thread for a youtube link when there's clearly a sticky at the top for youtube links. I find this kind of hypocritical. I'm not a rootbear supporter but I do think it's kind of silly that y'all !@#$%^&* at him for something the board admin does as well. Anywho... Happy posting.

Heh! That's about as good as it gets in Texas. However, my mom is always talking about the storm we had during 1983 when the lakes out here were freezing over. We get two, maybe three days of snow a year if we're lucky and it's very exciting when it happens. We had snow on Thanksgiving and some of the flakes were the size of a quarter but the ground was too warm for anything to stick.

I live in Boyd, Texas. It's about 35 miles north of Fort Worth. Howdy, fellow Texan. This was taken during our biggest snow storm at the first of the year: http://img515.imageshack.us/img515/2190/winteratjaymesir4.th.jpg It's actually pretty impressive.

It all depends on what state you're located in. Sometimes it can also depend on what mood the officer is in. The penalties can range from a small to large fine or having your car impounded. Most likely for a first time offense you'll only get fined. I suggest you Google and find your state's laws regarding this. I know a few people that have been driving for years without insurance. One friend of mine is always getting pulled over and he has warrants out for his arrest in Tennessee and he owes $2,800. However, the other person lives here in Texas and he has yet to be in an accident or get pulled over. I do not recommend you drive without insurance. But if you do drive without insurance please be careful! My buddy has a relative that was in an accident and lost his leg and the other person did not have insurance and the guy that lost his leg ended up only getting $20,000 from the accident.

Congratulations on making yourself look like an even bigger moron. It would have taken you thirty seconds (at most) to figure out it wasn't spam. If you were doing your job CORRECTLY then you would have noticed it wasn't spam. How many bots create names such as "a disgruntled Texan"? How many bots respond in their threads? How many bots make spam threads after being registered for a year? WHY WOULD I NEED TO READ THE RULES ABOUT SPAMMING? Oh you silly little boy... By the way, nice job trying to save face. It clearly didn't work and all you did was manage to make yourself look like an even bigger fool. For those of you that wish to know what the original post was then here it is: http://img145.imageshack.us/img145/6673/hrmmij6.jpg You should understand how it works by looking at the image. I figured I'd share this with you fine fellows. http://www.buy.com/prod/kingston-1gb-data-.../202743517.html ______________________________________________ I can see how it can be mistaken as spam. However, as I pointed out before, it would have taken a person less than thirty seconds to figure out it wasn't spam. I guess next time I will have to draw a picture for the slightly less intelligent members on the board. You know who you are.
-
Which !@#$%^&*hat thought it was spam? Seriously! Open your !@#$%^&*ing eyes, moron. Take a look at when I registered and then check to see if I've made any posts. Also, check in game to see if it's a real name. I've used "a disgruntled Texan" for around three years. I thought it was a good deal considering you can get the 1GB drive for free. I figured I would post it here since I was pleased when I came upon the Dreamhost thread that Maverick posted. FYI: I did not have to pay the tax on it. I thought I was going to pay taxes when I first saw the page but it turns out I didn’t have to. Whoever altered my post is obviously slightly re!@#$%^&*ed. Learn to moderate, !@#$%^&*. P.S. I am not mad that my e-mail address is there. I give out my name all the time and I'm not really afraid of getting spam mail. I am, however, mad that I tried to do something nice and some moron altered my post. I can't wait to see them alter it again to save face.

Why do you vote a ban?

Cool beans! My friend and I both signed up. I'm glad I decided to check out SSForum today. Thanks, Mav! I doubt they'd be able to deliver what they advertise but it's only $9.30 for a year and I just want something to play around with when I am bored. I really don't have much experience with this stuff but it looks like they're overselling big time. Once again, I'm just out to have a little fun here. I doubt I'll get over 10 hits a day.

Okay, I'll transfer the stuff now. You went from rank 36 to 15 and I went from 4 to 42. meh
-
Yeah, I noticed after I read the ban list.

It doesn't look like you're even playing SS RPG. :/
