What do you mean by all the zone has been deleted? Are they still showing up, but in red, or nothing at all is in the zone list? I'd suggest to reinstall the game if everything has dissapeared. If all the zone show reds, look for you antivirus program blocking the access to internet for continuum or something like that.

Yeah, you need to change the directory servers you are using. For that, click on "Zones" and copy this "sscentral.sscuservers.net ssdir.playsubspace.com ds1.krslynx.com" in the "Directory Server Adress List". It should fix your problem.
