F5, training a new staffer takes time. It can't be done in a little session of spamming every possible useful info and hoping for the noob to remember everything. It's with experience (which mean hosting events that could fail, answering help calls even if you dont know the answer etc), mistakes and help from "senior" staffers that you can become better. So your whole idea of staffers not getting a decent training is pretty wrong imo. All you can do in that "training" session is give the useful infos, let the noob get used to the commands, and hope for the best. Just my 2 cents Oh and we all talk to each others on msn, or ingame (alot changed aliases tho). I'm usually on Audrey (instead of Audry).

Well i discussed with Mom (<3) a little earlier. And if Testtube never answer us, it wouldnt really be an issue to get the zone up and running. I mean, no one wants to claim possession of the zone, we just want it to be alive. she also said she'll try to catch his attention if she sees him log on aim. So yeah... now we wait and see i suppose!

mmm I am confused... when i talked with cheese about that whole thing he told me something about you being ready to help him out with his whole plan of getting all the zones together or something...

Okay... I just tried to send a email to Testtube, which failed "This is the Spam & Virus Firewall at mailgate2.tbdsl.com. I'm sorry to inform you that the message below could not be delivered. When delivery was attempted, the following error was returned. ( Removed random infos) Mailbox has exceeded the limit (in replyto RCPT TO command)" Then i sent it to an other email i had for him. I have no idea tho if he actually reads it, since i never used it really... so we'll wait and see

Well the thing is, i've talked with many people in game reguarding that whole thing.. and no one, NOT A SINGLE PERSON, could give me a good word about you or say they trust you. I cant work with someone like that. As i told you anyway i already have a host. If you want to help, we might need help with dev, as we might convert to ASSS.

LOL Purgita indeed i'm not dev'in anything... i have others people with me! So far we have Aquatis (former MG player) who is pretty good at creating events and such. SUPERSECRETNAMETHATTHEPERSONDONTWANTTOBEREVEALED!! who is alright with bots and i need to talk with someone else and then i'll contact TT. The way i see it, i would like to see a team being in charge.. not only 1 person. That way we dont get screwed if someone disappear or get busy with life (erm just like last time lol). I know Blocks will be there if we need any help, same with few peoples i talked to.

Oh lord... I dont know what to start with... Me and few people are already working on something, and I already have found a host for the zone and bots. I need to talk to one other person before going to Testtube and see if he gives us his blessing. Afterall he is still the zone owner =/. The last attempt at bringing MG back was succesfull.. until we lost our way of communication with the players (website/forum got hacked or some crap), then people stopped showing up. Think thats enough infos for now
