I'm kinda torn in this kind of situation... I mean, obviously they can take care of this child with their parents support and such. But thats exactly the problem here... what if something happens and they get on their own... I know alot of 15 y/o who would live without parents and do fine, but i know more than would screw up so many aspect of their life. Add to that a baby to take care of... Not every teens are mature at 15.
