It is based off of Gecko/Netscape. You can't change that fact. Regardless, this is a webdesigning issue that all webdesigners must face: cross-browser compatibility. The previous one was pretty compatible with both IE and FF, and would only bug up slightly on certain websites (like these IPB forums) -- but it wasn't and obnoxiously noticeable and bothersome as this new one is in my opinion. ^^ I agree.
