I'm trying to get ahold of a bot plugin simular to halo's KOTH, or EG's KOTR. Does anyone know where I can get my hands on one? thanks in advance for cooperation and FU in advance for cr*p talk

deva flagging is what makes deva.. Deva I guarentee dooms and tm wouldn't allow it. if anything should be changed its side play. KOTT FTW!

I suggest KOTT, King of the Triangle its a tiny bit original and if we can get a bot plugin the LVZ's will take two minutes to make and it would be awsome.

ok, its to complicated for the pop deva has. I think if you want to add a purpose to deva make it somthing to do with dog fighting, because thats what is easy to do in deva. maybe some sort of reward system for dogfighting, or somthing like halo's KOTH or EG's KOTR (basically your idea only 10 times simpler and just as fun).

suck its pop into? good joke......... I'm sure only a few people would bother with it to test their stuff.. and like I said it could bwe a password protected zone, but I'm more for the dev arena with sysop powers limited to that arena, or a dev bot for that one arena.

I think theres a way to give someone sysop powers limited to one arena. but like I say I THINK I'm not sure at all. also, your just being picky its no trouble to just drop into a test zone for a couple minutes to test your work then go back to deva.....

it would enable common players to be able to test there dev ideas to perfect them before bothering a sysop with them. personally I think it would be cool but that it can be done with out but its one way to answer jds's issue.

only trusted active players and staff would have access, I suppose that should help prevent a settings leak.

jds's sysop topic just gave me an idea! An official deva developelement test zone or maybe just arena, it would be a zone/arena with deva's setts and a bot to add maps and lvz's, the bot could automattically reload the original setts every 24 hours, and only people with L2+ access to the bot can do this (people that deva staff allow to use it). people would have there idea's backed up on there comp if its good then they can give it to Xdoom or TM

jds has deva's settings, he could ask xdoom for permission to use them EXCLUSSIVELY for test purposes, and to top it off he could make the zone require a password so only VIP's can access it. EDIT: http://www.ssforum.net/index.php?showtopic=17266

I think deva's thing is everyone is a developer. you just have to get ahold of xdoom or tm to get your stuff put in the zone. maybe you can get ahold of Sauce too, not sure what's happening with him but he is farely active now - from what I see.

well a 4v4 was always real fun, but the big events were occasional 6v6+ games.
