Why not just make the warping take energy away? Or the timed idea would be nice too. Because there isn't always going to be a mod to warn or ban the person for abusing that privlage.

Ya, I dont think Dr would be stupid enough to merge with another zone. There is not another one like it, a few simalar, but not like it. So there would be no reason to merge. But if it was high populated maybe it would be wise to. But its all up to him.
