I am losing my packets in several different hops, Although some are decreasing during the traces, 3 aren't getting better, they are hop 6, 11, & 12, all of which have a 99.5% packet loss. I have Highspeed Cable Internet, full permissions for my firewall, no trojan viruses, a valid user name and password, and no other programs running that have internet access. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this? I ran 226 cycles in my trace.
