I have read some of the earlier posts and nothing has helped me. This is really annoying because all of a sudden one Sunday afternoon it stop launching. I have re-downloaded it. Didn't work. I have don't almost everything cept reformat my HD. Any suggestions? Also by they way it does launch at the very beginning when I start my computer, but after I close it, it doesn't work anymore. When I try to end the process in the task manager, it doesn't let me and says "The operation could not be completed. Access is denied." Please Help ~hansdg1
